Cons - was given a room on the 4th floor next to a noisy road. Didn't bother to change room because I was just staying for 1 night, but was disappointed at what was given especially the hotel wasn't full capacity. Location is walking distance to a metro station but it's not a major station so not much food and shopping option around the hotel. Pros - standard good cleanliness of Ji hotel brand. No smoking stench in room. Fast WiFi speed. Strong hot shower pressure. Walking distance to metro station. Able to turn on cool air in aircon (usually winter period china hotel central heating only provides warm air).

Pleasant stay at the hotel, quiet, good locations to a lot of tourist places, nearby have a lot of food variety, hotel staffs are friendly and helpful as well, allow us for late check out till 2pm, will stay here again in the future

Location is good for food and attractions place.is so convenient for everything . Next time will choose here again when come to guangzhou

Good location with nice food surrounding the hotel. Room is clean and spacious. They even provided kung fu tea set in the room. Highly recommended.

Pretty happy with the room provided, centrally located to some destinations by foot and short distance to catch a DiDi if needed. Rooms are not individually air conditioned so you have a choice of cool or warm airconditioned rooms. I picked the cool one which was a little chilly for Guangzhou weather in January. Warm rooms were noted to be a bit stuffy but there are windows that can be opened for fresh air. Overall happy with this hotel, staff are all lovely and helpful. Would have extended my stay if I were in the city a bit longer

We stayed 5 nights. One of the days, the floor was not vacuumed. We can see some fallen hair still left on the floor when we came back. The tv channels were not functioning. But we still like the hotel for its use of high tech, room cleanliness, comfort and non-slip floor in shower area (good for elderly). Can also improve on the friendliness of the front counter service

Highly recommended hotel, good service & located just 400m nearby the train station. There are a lot of nice food nearby the hotel too. Very clean hotel.

Spent over a week here. Location is decent, not too far from the metro station and within walking distances to many restaurants. Free self serve laundry that’s open 24 hours a day. Their machines say they automatically add soap but they offer soap so I’m not totally sure what the deal is with that. I did see someone adding the offered soap directly to the drum so after that, I did too just in case.  Their housekeeping is a bit hit or miss. They offered a ton of water bottles everyday, but during our 8 night stay, they made up the beds only once during that time. Found some staining or mold in the shower stall the first night so cleanliness might not be a big priority. That and hair was left on the floor so they aren’t vacuuming every day either. Bonus is that their housekeeper spoke Cantonese at least and did scrub the shower stall after we made the issue known to her.  Overall, not a bad place to stay for a longer period if those above issues aren’t dealbreakers.

Night shift reception desk girl had bad attitude and asked me how much I paid for the room. Room was noisy, I could hear the airplanes and cars outside until 1am. The room next door has not sound proof and I could hear the neighboor cough all night long.

It’s my second stay in Ji Hotel XiMengKou. It has always been a pleasant experience staying here. Love the robot delivery and the free laundry service.

Very clean unit, service was good. Fairly priced and would stay with Ji again.

As expected, this hotel, which is part of the Ji Hotel Chain I often stayed, provided me with a clean and comfortable room environment. Welldone!!

When we come to Guangzhou, this hotel is always our choice. It is very convenience and there are washing machines free to use!
