We stayed two nights at Golden Eagle Hotel and we really liked it. It was very pleasant stay, clean, neat, spacious rooms with nice city view. Location is very good. Staff is very friendly. Price & performance ratio is very good. Overall 10/10.

My stay at this hotel had both positive and negative aspects. **Pros**: - The room was clean and well-maintained. - The lobby area had a few chairs, which were useful for small meetings. **Cons**: - The main entrance was a bit confusing to navigate. - Some staff members had limited English proficiency, making communication difficult. - In rooms with two single beds, the bathroom had a large open window facing the bedroom, offering little privacy. - The breakfast selection was quite limited. Overall, the hotel was decent for a short stay, but improvements in privacy, communication, and breakfast variety would make a big difference.

2 main problems: 1. No bell boy to carry ur luggage from taxi n to your room. They say " no have" 2. Their breakfast time is from 6.30 to 9.30 at 8 when I reached there to have my breakfast there was no breads when I asked them again they said "finish no have " then i asked for fruits they again said " finish no have ". They are charging for breakfast and in the middle of there time if anything gets finished they do not refil.

Reception is very helpful near metro station room was clean they upgrade my room to higher floor with no charges some speak english and others they try to help but using translator in general it’s near Arabic r restaurants and they have spray for muslim people its really comfortable to be extra clean

The night before we book the superior room then We upgraded our rooms to the business room type as it is at the highest level 31 where gym and laundry on the same floor. Room was more updated than the superior room. Indeed close to the gym & laundry but its only open from 11am to 11.30pm. Understand maybe theres a time limit to save electricity but i suggest to open early say 7am so people can have an early workout and do laundry at the same time.
