7 Days Premium (Guangzhou Tianhe Shipaiqiao Metro Station) recensioner

booked for my colleagues, very bad facility one room air-con went down, only got fans for them can not sleep at night but service was good very helpful tried their best to solve problem

I'm not sure how this is a 7 Days Premium hotel, it's worse than the regular version. The check-in was very slow, the hotel room was not very clean, blood stains on the sheets, the wood on the floor was rotting and warped, the TV was broken, the showerhead was broken, and the hair dryer would also break after 2 minutes of use. The air conditioner filter could use a cleaning as the allergies flared up for both my wife and I. The location is very convenient right by the shopping malls and metro station. For the price it cost and location, it's a bit hard to complain so much.

Nice location with amazing hotpot restaurant opposite of the hotel. The staff can’t speak English but google translate or alipay translate will help you out. My room has no window though.

Approx. 10-15 mins walk to Grandview Mall. Location is convenient. Washing machine on 5th floor was great. Untidy and smelly room. Given room with cigarette smell despite requesting for non smoking room. Hallways stink. Room was dark with poor lightings. Only one used toilet roll which finished before our check out. Had to use tissues.

Good hotel for this money. + location, helpful stuff, free water, AC, quiet at night - Rooms look old, it smells when AC turns off, towels with holes.

Good hotel, with decent prices. Location was great to access the city center and all what Guangzhou has to offer. The hotel wasn't the most proper.

Good price/quality ratio. The location is good, just 5 mins walking to metro station and the area is plenty of restaurants and shops. Anyway it wasn't very easy to find because it is located in a secondary street, I would recommend to add detailed instructions to how to reach the hotel. The room was clean but the building is quite old, it would need a renovation. Staff is very kind and helpful and even if they don't speak English it's easy to communicate through a translator app. Free water and tea is a big plus.

Classic 7 days inn service. Decent room, maybe it smelt a bit funky but overall it was a pleasant stay at a very good price

Facilities are pretty outdated but standard room is clean. Manageable for a few days. No gym but the washer/dryer room is nice & convenient, located on the 5th floor. You can get complimentary detergent from the first floor.

It's an old hotel, cheap and old. It looks so miserable that you will feel ashamed to have any visitors. I checked in, stayed in the room for 15 min and found out that the AC didn't work, and it was super cold outside, so in the room. They offered me a QUILT! I insisted on changing the room, they changed reluctantly and then asked to pay 70 rmb for the previous room! I had to call trip.com and complain, trip.com returned my money. I had to move to another hotel at night.

The hotel has a very nice location, close to all main shopping malls in Guangzhou. It's a simple and rather old hotel but the price is very pleasant compared to the similar budget hotels in this area. It is clean and there's no noise from outside because it's not on the main road.
