Everything about this hotel exceeded my overall expectations. Hotel - Modern design making it feel warm and welcoming for customers. Exceptionally clean. Good location lots of nearby malls. Room - I booked the Romantic room for my family of 3. Its very spacious, the bed and pillows are comfortable, (2m) bed was very important for us. Everything worked perfectly. Room is actually much bigger than the photos show. Service - The best thing for me about this hotel is the service. Everyone is very well coordinated and always in a good mood to help you with whatever you need. There is 1 girl who speaks english and she will help you order food if you dont have access to chinese apps which I want to highlight. Breakfast - Not too many choices but throughout my 4 day stay I enjoyed the dumplings and fried noodles every morning. I will stay here again next year for Canton Fair! Thank you everyone.

The location is pretty good. Close to Taikoo Hui with a lot of food options nearby.

The hotel is located in Central district, with access to a lot of restaurants nearby. The room is quiet, clean and comfy. Good and friendly front desk staff.

Great location and good service, has a robot to deliver items to your room too. However housekeeping has to improve as they did not throw away the empty bottles in the room, nor did they put away the pajamas properly. Instead it was tossed on a made up bed, which is slightly ironic and a definite eyesore.

Good location but otherwise not great, small rooms for the price.

The hotel is a few hundred meters from the Metro, which is convenient, but there's no driveway at the hotel entrance, so if it rains heavily, it can be a challenge. The hotel is very clean and looks new. There's even an A.I Chatbot to great you when you enter the room. If you speak Mandarin, you can use voice command to control the lightings and AC settings, pretty cool. The toilet seat is also heated, nice! Breakfast is mediocre and the coffee tastes bad because most locals drink tea. Having said that, breakfast is complimentary. The only complain I have is the mattress is too hard for me.

Best Location

I had a great time at this hotel. Located within very short distance from the subway, restaurants and 24 hour shops. It's also located within reasonable distance of major attractions. The staff was nice and courteous and the room was big, clean and just perfect for a nice break after a long day discovering the city.

New hotel, spacious n value for money. Location is alright if you plan to just stay around Tian He area. Near to Guangdong east railway station.

Location is excellent, near to dining and shopping. Lobby is standard not so big. Service standard.
