The entrance is super nice, and welcoming. Great location, very friendly staff, great service. Really enjoyable place to visit.

During this trip to Guangzhou, I was fortunate enough to stay at your hotel with my friends. The overall experience far exceeded expectations. In particular, I would like to give special praise to the excellent service of the front desk staff, Ethan He! From the moment I stepped into the hotel, his professionalism and enthusiasm made me feel extremely warm. Ethan noticed that it was my first time staying here and took the initiative to introduce the hotel's facilities and services in detail, including breakfast times, the location of the gym, and a transportation guide for the surrounding area. He did everything in detail, allowing me to quickly get familiar with the environment. What surprised me even more was that he kindly upgraded my room for free, saying that he hoped I could have a more comfortable stay. Such details are truly touching! When checking in, Ethan's process was efficient and smooth. He was proficient in his business and completed all the procedures in just a few minutes. He also patiently answered my questions about traveling in Guangzhou. His smile is sincere. From his words, one can sense his love for work and his emphasis on guests. It was precisely because of his service that my trip in Guangzhou added a lot of joy and peace of mind. It is truly rare that your hotel can cultivate such outstanding employees. Ethan He's performance not only reflects his personal qualities, but also highlights the hotel's high-standard service concept. If I come to Guangzhou again in the future, I will definitely choose this place once more and highly recommend it to my friends! Thank you again, Ethan He and the team, for your efforts. Stayed at the Grand Hayatt Guangzhou Hotel for the first time, it was lovely. Very nice rooms, breakfast had many options & what I love, is that it was in the middle of the park facing the Canton Tower! It was a good staycation for my Spring Break! 🤗📸

The overall experiences were great! They have a pillow menu, which I love it. Attentive service. We have the Breakfast Buffet everyday, and it was okay, with a lot of choices. We were staying for five days four nights, I figure the food was better when there's a big crowd, cause they keep refilling and cooking new food. However when it comes to less people, the chef became less attentive and kept chatting, the food quality was so so compare to all the Hyatt. And we tried the dinner buffet once for their famous Hainan chicken rice, i was shocked cause they plate their famous Hainan chicken rice next to Char SIU. The flavor had been mixing together totally not what I expected.

The room do not have weighing scale, they will provide upon request.  The breakfast is outstanding, unfortunately I’m a vegetarian, it will be perfect if the hotel can provide some vegetarian food.

Very nice room and value of money with a great varieties of choices for its buffet breakfast. Excellent service and a real five star hotel. Must return.

Can see canton tower view. Comfortable and worth it. Shower is super good. With international power socket.

Location of this hotel is good. Though the hotel room / bathroom is a bit old, the service is fine.

Hotel room is clean and the location is nice, breakfast ok. going to the room is a bit inconvinence, since need to back to lobby on 22nd floor first and back to ground floor.

The service wasn’t as it should be. I was trying to call the front desk at night to change the blanket but there was no answer at all. I had to call them from my phone number then they answered.

Lets start with Hyatt's own description of what their Grand Hyatt brand intends to provide their paying guests. The following statement is taken directly from Hyatt.Com " What sets Grand Hyatt's apart is the unparallel ease and comfort you feel as you embark upon your journey. Experience superior service amidst a multicultural back drop of dramatic architecture, inventive restaurants, luxury spas and sophisticated meeting spaces" Now having stayed in Grand Hyatt's around the world ie: Shanghai, San Francisco, Huntington Beach, Shenyang, San Diego, Macao, Hong Kong, Singapore and more I believe I am qualified to in stating this Hyatt property fails to deliver on the Hyatt mission statement:- 1. Check in is on the 22nd floor. room allocated was on the 10th floor hence an upward lift journey then a downward lift journey to reach the room and the reverse journey to exit the hotel! 2. Clinical approach from staff to guests ie: Did not receive a "Hello, welcome back, good morning from any member of staff? 3. Breakfast buffet is excellent for choices presented and quality of food. However again the brand expectation experience is failed by the general lack of hospitality from the staff. As a global traveller I always say good morning to the chefs and always get a good morning sir how are you today or can we cook something special for you. At the Hyatt Guangzhou I didn't even get a response. This was supplemented by what appeared to be an audit of the chefs by hotel management in suits standing overseeing the food prep.....has this property had previous issues?? In summary not an enjoyable experience. 4. Room layout / design is really poor with lots of sharp corners and top off by mini sink and counterspace. I am sure there are better hotels in Guangzhou and I for one cannot sadly recommend this underperforming Hyatt property.

Love love love. We ended up extending our stay because we still wanted to enjoy the hotel one more day. ♥️ Will be definitely coming back
