LN Garden Hotel Guangzhou recensioner

We came on a vacation with our families and booked 3 rooms in total. As we decided to choose the stay and dine option on selected nights to indulge in the restaurants within the hotel，we ended having to make multiple booking separately and in different category rooms. As such it was rather troublesome when we need to switch around the rooms on different dates. However, thanks to Ms Gillian from the front desk who was really accomodating and kind to give us an upgrade basis on our highest paid room booking type and allowed us to keep the same room type throughout our 5 nights at the hotel. The suite room was huge and on level 25th floor with a good view. It was very comfortable and we ended up coming back early some nights to chill in the hotel room with our families. It was an extremely pleasure stay which we highly recommend.

The hotel service is enthusiastic, the hygiene is clean and tidy, the room is warm and spacious, the location of the hotel is superior, the room price is very affordable, and the price performance ratio is high! What I got was not only a comfortable and pleasant stay, but also the hustle and bustle of life on earth. This is what I think of this hotel, super awesome! Cecilia at the front desk was wonderful, very friendly, arranged a free upgrade, the room was clean and tidy, well-equipped, and very comfortable to stay in! I will definitely come back next time Cecilia thank you so much for helping us 🤝

Not impressed and upset with - room layout Very bad for going to toilet at night. You’ll stumbled on the partition The shower and toilet shares the same sliding doors which is impossible for two persons to shower and be in a toilet at the same time ( to have a privacy) plus the door are not soft closed so at night you can here door slammed -cigarette smells on non smoking floor I suffered to sleep as cigarette fumes seeped into the room at night from 8pm for hours and last night at midnight still have the fumes coming into the room. The first night I called the hotel asking them to check with the maid next morning which room a smoker stayed (near my room2118) and the hotel should give him a warning . Of course nothing was done and I suffered and couldn’t breathe for three nights. Didn’t asked to change the room as more hassle yo ask my partner to repack. -Some kind of construction noises outside at night -Staffs couldn’t speak English well and some don’t have good service mind like a 5 stars hotel staffs should have. Other than above room is good clean, breakfast quality was good, concierge service okay. Cannot rate logistics as using a taxi a lot. Not a lot of shops and restaurants nearby. The department stores is about 1km walk from the hotel.

This is my favorite hotel in Guangzhou. Everything there is high level. The room is very beautiful and big, it has actually 2 rooms - living room and bedroom. All the details in interior are so beautiful, have many decorations in Chinese style which are amazing. Big advantage is Nespresso coffee machine in the room. But the most impressive thing in this hotel - it’s garden with ponds with beautiful fishes and waterfall! This garden is a masterpiece and I spent a lot of time walking there. The lobby of the hotel made in traditional Chinese style with big fresco on the wall. And it’s also very beautiful and impressive. I really love this hotel and I’m waiting for the next time to come back here. I can highly recommend this hotel to stay!

Excellent stay at the garden hotel! As always. 5 star facilities and service. Hot tub is nice to relax in outside and have a swim. This is our go to place for a staycation.

It is rare to find a hotel that meets all my criteria of excellence while remaining affordable for my family. LN Garden Hotel, however, exceeded all my expectations. The lush garden surroundings, complete with tranquil water features such as waterfalls and fish ponds, provided a sensorial retreat unlike any other. The rooms were impeccably clean, the service from your staff was professional, kind, and respectful, and the overall atmosphere was undeniably family-friendly. Furthermore, the rooftop swimming pool offered a fantastic setting for both children and adults to relax and enjoy. The hotel's central location added convenience to our stay, and I must make a special mention of the delightful dinner buffet – it was truly I wholeheartedly recommend LN Garden Hotel to anyone seeking a memorable and pleasant hotel experience. We checked in on Christmas Day, which was quite busy, but the hotel provided reasonable service. The rooms were clean and looked new and decent. The breakfast wasn’t of the 5-star level, and most of the food tasted bland and cold. However, they did offer a tea time and happy hour buffet that was decent and enjoyable.
