Guangzhou Marriott Hotel Tianhe recensioner

Had a short stay at this hotel with my parents during our trip in Guangdong. Its indoor pool indeed is the catching point when I searched through my hotel choice. And it ends up to be a very satisfactory experience when we tried it. My mom and dad just love the pool so much - size is reasonable and it's very clean, the lighting makes it look stylish too. Other than the indoor pool, I also like its location...just a few steps to a few shopping malls where you can find a variety of shops and numerous restaurants. That's so convenient for short stay visitors to the place. Room is spacious, just that the hotel has a bit of age so I think the design is a little old and outdated. Overall, our stay at the hotel is a very pleasant one.

The hotel location is excellent, it's right back three famous shopping malls (Tianhe City, Tianhuan Parc Central and Grandview Mall) in Guangzhou. You have all the convenience to get and also not far to visit all the landmarks. AEON and Ole supermarket aren't that far. The best is right next door to shopping areas and also amusement from Grandview Mall. There are many selections of foods around and also Guangzhou Marriott Tianhe has one of the best breakfast buffets. I highly recommend they can speak English as well. Very clean and service is top notch. Ann Li is always courteous to keep our satisfaction. She has done a marvelous job. Thank you Guangzhou Marriott Tianhe.

Old hotel, dirty carpet, moldy bathroom, poor wifi. This hotel needs renovation. Location is good and service is prompt.

Very cool and convenient place in city Center, easy to get around!

Had a great experience at Tiehe Married Hotel's club floor. The service was excellent, with staff helping us carry our luggage to the room and also assisting on the ground floor. They even provided late check-out service. Overall, a very positive stay, and I will definitely choose to stay again for my next trip!

The restaurant at 6/F is yummy. The staff are courtesy and helpful! The room is big and clean. The most important that the hotel location is proximity to the subway. We definitely will choose Marriott again~

Location is superb convenient, directly accessible via shopping mall. Bedroom slippers, water, hair dryer, amenities are fully provided. There is Lawson convenient store at downstairs and even Starbucks. Highly recommended to all.

Perfect place to stay

Drop off at hotel entrance and check-in at Level 5. From the hotel's entrance turn right and walk a bit will lead you to a shopping mall. Had the hotel buffet breakfast on 1 morning. Had a good mix of local and western dishes.

Checking was smooth, excellent location and Front Desk executive Ms Nia Qin was very helpful even she get my room upgraded to superior one. Very focused in her work. Definitely would like to stay again

had a connecting room which is very good for family. buffet breakfast was good too. though variety is limited and does not change much daily, the taste is good and love the range of fresh bakeries everyday. they allow take aways too if you rush for time. the only improvement needed would be for the hotel Concierge staffs to be friendlier and more helpful.

Location is,absolutely perfect, closed to various attractions. The choices of food served in breakfast are high quality and in gd balance
