I had an exceptional stay at The Ritz-Carlton. The location is perfect, offering easy access to both the city and serene views. My room was spacious, beautifully designed, and immaculately clean, with every detail thoughtfully considered. The service was outstanding—staff were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure a seamless experience. I highly recommend The Ritz-Carlton for a luxurious and memorable stay.

Everything was perfect except the ac light is always on and don’t offer a pitch black night . Other than that the personnel was very nice , the breakfast was amazing , will definitely come again

The hotel staff were really excellent, friendly, polite, professional and very helpful. Each time I need anything everyone does their best to help me. The view of my opera facing room was magnificent, the breakfast was excellent and the in-room dining was delicious as well. I truly recommend it and definitely I will come back during my next visit.

Perfect stay to celebrate 50 years old of my sister ,nice swimming pool,buffet dinner ,it’s an awesome place that I would come back for sure !very attentive stuff thank you to make our staycation splendid !!!

Arrived at Ritz on a friday afternoon. Great location as it a short walk to subway stn (大戏院, APM line). Beside the hotel is Guangzhou library, just need to cut through the library to get to the subway stn. Lots of food options near the hotel too. Only downside of the hotel room is just not as cooling as i wished it was despite setting the room temperature to 16C. Overall, had an enjoyable stay in Ritz Carlton Guangzhou. Big thanks to Abner from Concierge who helped me when i faced some difficulties locating my food delivery.

A surprise to find such a grand and convenient hotel right next to the Guangzhou Museum and Guangzhou Library, especially when my wife & I were travelling with kids. Within walking distance or few stops of metro to some main tourist spots and authentic Guangdong cuisine. Clean room with spacious bathroom. Will definitely stay here again.

Very spacious room with all the amenities you need. Staff is friendly and there to help. The “City View” rooms don’t really have that good of a view, so feel free to forgo that upgrade.

It’s a great hotel to enjoy the cultural activities in Guangzhou. It’s 5 minutes walk to the Guangdong Museum, Guangzhou Opera House and Guangzhou Library. The location is super. We have a room facing the River and Guangzhou Tower. View at night is beautiful. Breakfast is excellent. I would recommend it to everyone.
