From arrival to departure, every detail exceeded expectations—starting with our Deluxe Twin Room being upgraded to a stunning Canton Tower view suite for my birthday celebration. The Highlights: ✔ Dreamy Bathroom & Panoramic Views – The sprawling marble bathroom with its deep soaking tub and floor-to-ceiling windows became my personal spa retreat. The stay was great, I enjoyed the service from the start of the stay, the bell boy and receptionists were very polite, the room was clean and spacious, the view was really good too!

My room was spacious, beautifully designed, and immaculately clean, with every detail thoughtfully considered. The service was outstanding—staff were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure a seamless experience. I highly recommend The Ritz-Carlton for a luxurious and memorable stay.

Everything was perfect except the ac light is always on and don’t offer a pitch black night . Other than that the personnel was very nice , the breakfast was amazing , will definitely come again

The hotel staff were really excellent, friendly, polite, professional and very helpful. Each time I need anything everyone does their best to help me. The view of my opera facing room was magnificent, the breakfast was excellent and the in-room dining was delicious as well. I truly recommend it and definitely I will come back during my next visit.

Great hotel. In the center , next to restaurants and river. Beautiful swimming pool and good gym. Very delicious breakfast

good location, good view, good service, however, the chinese restaurant is not so good as I expected. The room is perfect. I will book this hotel again if I have time to have vacation in China.

Good stay and staff are attentive to my needs during my stay. Proactively asked if any extended check out required which is key to travelers. After a full week of traveling checking different in 4cities, Ritz Carlton breakfast is one of the good one which serve freshly cooked hot porridge/ Cantonese Dim Sum in front of me to warm my asian stomach before I check out. Thank you

Perfect stay to celebrate 50 years old of my sister ,nice swimming pool,buffet dinner ,it’s an awesome place that I would come back for sure !very attentive stuff thank you to make our staycation splendid !!!

Ritz-Carlton is always good.but there are many other choices for around the same price in Guangzhou.

Hotel staffs are super helpful, especially housekeeper, they were so helpful to bring us ice and matches at the late night. Highly recommend and definitely will visit again.
