The cleaner come and knock door on the first day ask you what time clean up, which quite annoying that when you are sleeping. And they don’t help you wash cups and tools daily the cup from the first day till last day the cup i using the same cup without clean it or change it for you. Room cleaning was bad after 3 days staying to floor they dont clean the floor for you. Room voice filter is not that good you can hear beside door sounds or someone passby. Other facilities still okay.

Thus is a conveniently located hitel with excellwnt customer service, especially Vivi and others at the front desk. I will definitely stay again. Very comfy sheets and bed!
