We stayed in this hotel everybtime for the past 4-5 years and staff is very helpful especially Ms.Jane. We can communicate easily as she can speak Thai 😀 Breakfast is not so good though

I was pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a suite upon arrival—a very welcoming gesture! The room was spacious, well-appointed, and comfortable, though the bathroom fixtures were a bit dated (still functional). The hotel’s location is excellent, with easy access to transportation, shopping, and dining options. Staff were courteous and efficient, making the stay smooth and enjoyable. While the property shows some signs of age in certain areas, the overall experience was positive. Would consider staying again for the convenience and service.

Location is excellent, 5 mins walk from subway station. Got upgrade to an executive suite. Staff is friendly and helpful. The only con is the heat is not working (it was 9 degree outside). I asked for an extra blanket. It has a self serve laundry room which is very convinient.

Counter staff like not too friendly, room was big and super clean , location is walking distance to the train station and shopping area . Hotel breakfast is normal.

Perfectly located for exploring Guangzhou! We're just a 10-minute walk to Beijing Pedestrian Street, and the metro is conveniently right across the road. You'll love the easy access to popular shopping spots like Dongshankou, Tianhe CBD, APM clothing mall, Shisanhang Wholesale Market, Yide Lu, Shangxiajiu Pedestrian Street, and Yongqingfang, etc. Our room was newly renovated with a stunning city view. The stay was clean and cozy. A highlight was the buffet on the 39th floor, offering breathtaking views of the Pearl River. While the food was decent, the options were a bit limited, with the same selection available during our 4-day stay. Great news for gym enthusiasts! You can access the public gym located on the 7th floor, perfect for staying active during your stay!

Got the refurbished room on 35th flr. Excellent location with the mrt, tee mall and Beijing road all within 5-10 min walk. Value for money.

Location of the Hotel is right next to the river so you can get very good views of the Canton Tower and night lights if your room is facing the river. It is just minutes walk away from the night river cruise and Beijing Road with lots of stores for food and clothes along the way.

We got an upgraded room and it was wonderful. Love the heavy sliding obscure glass door to the bath area.

Large business room can be comfortable, the hotel is near the subway, the hotel is on the riverside, the view is beautiful, suitable for relaxation, the location is very good, you can walk to Beijing Road Pedestrian Street, there are many restaurants, and you can also walk to nearby shopping spots. The room is clean, the staff is good, everything is very good overall, I recommend it.

Staying for 8 nights, the initial five night for the standard room is no good and smelly. The last 3 night was upgraded to better and higher floors which is bigger and much better overall except the water shower pressure is low.
