Decent, not anything special!

Everything is ok but should have some update

Booked again, Child happy for the swimming pool , big bath tub and very nice for their location and service. Thanks so much.

Offering amenities such as a coffee machine is a much needed basic option.

My experience here was not the best. I was given a room on the 15th floor. The room had a great view, and the room looked good. The toilet seat in the first room had yellow stains on it. It didn't feel sanitary. The floor stank of cigarettes even though it was a non-smoking room. The room had an air purifier, not a general AC. To make up for the sanitation situation, they gave me another room on the 22nd floor. The hallway smelled nice, and the room looked renovated. It also had AC. However, after some time, the light in the room started blinking. They sent an enginner to fix it. When I came back from outside, it was working. But after a few hours, blinking started again. Although it wasn't as frequent, it was still annoying. So, I just decided to cut my stay short from 6 nights to one night. Maybe they should do another renovation or so. I just didn't want to deal with the situation again, so I checked out. Overall, the hotel is nice, and the amenities are great. The breakfast is very rich and has a lot of varieties. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They apologized for the situation and also offered me coffee when I was checking out.

The hotel is situated in a peaceful area, with a path along the river just across from it, which my parents and I really enjoyed for our morning walk. The hotel itself is charming, though it appears to be somewhat undermaintained. Our room had a strong cigarette smell, but the service was excellent. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the breakfast buffet offered a good variety of food.

Concierge service should be better, overall service is bit low.

Reported faulty safe matter to reception. A technician was deported quickly to unlock the safe. But unable to replace any workable unit.

Nice big rooms The buffet in the E Café was good. However, wine and beer were not free! Breakfast was OK, most of the food was already cold. Nice river view. Reception staff speaks poor English, which is a surprise at a five start hotel

The hotel's facilities were top-notch. The room was spotless and well-maintained. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, catering to every taste. The front desk staff were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to accommodate my long-term luggage storage request at no extra charge. I will definitely be happy to return to stay at this hotel the next time I visit Guangzhou.
