Our stay at Chimelong Hotel was a great experience, made even better by a surprise upgrade to a suite! The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. Check-in Process: The hotel was busy, but the waiting time was reasonable given the crowd. The staff were efficient, though check-in for foreigners could be improved with clearer instructions or multilingual support. Still, the process went smoothly. Location & Convenience: The hotel is perfectly located for visiting Chimelong parks, just a short shuttle ride away. The fun, themed decor throughout the property added to the enjoyable atmosphere. Amenities & Dining: The breakfast buffet and dinner food court were tasteful and had plenty of seats. Overall Impression: This is a hotel we would highly recommend, especially for families visiting Chimelong. The unexpected suite upgrade was a wonderful bonus that made our stay extra special. With just a little more attention to the needs of international guests, this would be a perfect hotel experience.

Good experience for family. However, trip.com is much more expensive than other provider. It offers free cancellation.

Nice hotel. Provide free shuttle service to the zoo and bird park. Just next to the circus. The toiletries provided are cute.

I had an incredible stay at Chimelong Hotel, and it truly exceeded all of my expectations. This resort has everything you could possibly need for a memorable and stress-free vacation. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by the welcoming and friendly staff who made check-in a breeze and set the tone for the rest of my stay. The lobby area is warm and inviting, creating a great first impression. The hotel itself is perfectly designed with comfort and convenience in mind. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, offering a wide variety of options to start the day off right. One of the standout features was the free shuttle bus service from the nearby Subway station to the hotel. It made getting around incredibly easy and saved a lot of time. The resort also offers plenty of entertainment, including a fun kids' play area and the amazing Animal Island right outside the hotel. It’s perfect for families with children or anyone who enjoys getting close to nature. I can’t recommend the Chimelong International Circus enough, it’s a must see! The show was absolutely spectacular, with thrilling performances and a vibrant atmosphere that had everyone on the edge of their seats. Overall, Chimelong Hotel is the perfect place for both relaxation and adventure. The blend of excellent service, great amenities, and exciting attractions made for an unforgettable stay. I will definitely be coming back, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a family friendly getaway!

Chimelong Hotel offers an amazing family experience with world-class amenities and attractions. The park itself is massive, with a wide variety of things to explore, making it perfect for a full day of fun. One great addition is the children’s playground, which was a big hit with the kids and gave them a chance to burn off energy after exploring the park. The highlight of the stay was definitely the breakfast—an incredible spread with a stunning view of a white tiger. Booking the hotel together with the entrance ticket package provided excellent value for money. A fantastic choice for families looking for a memorable and enjoyable getaway!

Chimelong Hotel is a massive property with only three restaurants. If you stay for more than two nights, like we did, you might find the food variety a bit repetitive, although the dishes are generally delicious. However, the food prices are on the higher side. The rooms are spacious, especially the family room with a king bed and two single beds, which are both comfortable and roomy. While the rooms are somewhat dated and some corners have old dirt, it’s clear that the staff make a concerted effort to keep them as clean as possible. One of the highlights for families is the hotel’s effort to delight children with small surprises, such as cute cartoon designs on toiletries, cups, wall decorations, ceilings, TV panels, cabinets, and slippers. The most impressive feature is the White Tigers Restaurant, where you can enjoy a buffet breakfast while watching two real white tigers, flamingos, and birds around the restaurant. The restaurant is large, and food is replenished promptly, with a good variety of mostly local Chinese cuisine. The management team does an excellent job running such a large restaurant with a significant staff, although there is often a long queue to enter. The hotel provides transport to the wildlife safari park and bird park, and it’s just a 10-minute walk to the circus and theme park opposite the hotel. The check-in and checkout process is smooth, though it typically involves a 15-20 minute wait. Overall, it is a nice family hotel for activities at the three parks. My children enjoyed their stay at this hotel.

Room is spacious and kids friendly room. However there were only 2 restaurants opened during our stay which makes it less of a choice to eat unless we call delivery or make a ride to the city. Location-wise, very close to the main safari park with shuttle bus arriving every 5min even though it says 10min. I would still highly recommend this hotel if your purpose is to visit the theme parks in the area.

1. Hotel is a hotel, really big. Not much amenities. 2. Close proximity to Chimelong park, safari is fine for first timers, but would recommend Taipei zoo. Amusement park is not bad, would recommend. International circus would be my best recommendation. 3. Extremely bad points: the bus/coach service is highly ineffective, nobody can ever get on or off as it’s a circular line. All the taxis there do not use the meter, so it’s mostly bargain wherever you go. The worst part is the amount of drivers around and inside the hotel selling you their transportation service, which is very very annoying. 4. Bad point again. A hotel with more than 2-300 rooms. With a gym that opens only between 0700-2200, with three treadmills only, is really a failure.

The property is huge and excellent but I feel somehow it lacks the feel of 5 star and the service was not up to 5 stars standard.

Lightning abit dark. However is near to the park.. hotel abit old but is clean.

Great place if you go with kids.Have free shuttle bus to safari park. It’s so big and interesting,prepare to spend whole day at safari .Will back again.
