Great place

Toiletries are nuce. The tub is a bit small. There iare no laundry services on the premise. The gym is nice but not especially clean or well managed. The springs are small but fragrant. The restaurant is expensive and service is slow. There iis a nice restaurant and a new little grocery store near the hotel. The environment is friendly. The location is not close to train stations but there is a bus stop across the street and a metro about a 30 minute walk from the hotel. Overall, it is a nice place with very good customer service. Howver, the rooms need to be thoroughly cleaned between guests. There was debris undery bed which makes one uncomfortable.

Hotel was nice, old and carpeted but not bad giving the price, hot spring were a bit disappointing not many options, and they were hotter than normal ones! Breakfast doesn’t worth it at all, the restaurant is Chinese cuisine only which was fine by us. Have a vanguard right across the road. I’d say a nice one night getaway.

We stayed in this hotel for friends retreat. Even though the hotel rooms are a bit old and some things were broken, I would rate it as 5⭐️ hotel anyway. Each room has a bathtub and comfy bed and wifi is running everywhere. Their indoor swimming pool and HOT SPRINGS are amazing!!! You can choose from many different kinds of hot springs. Breakfasts are ok, I would welcome more western choices and more fruits, but the choices were ok. I would definitely recomend this hotel to all my friends and we will come again.

酒店比較老舊，作為一個温泉酒店，泡温泉連浴袍和浴巾都沒有提供，需要浴巾還要另外跟服務員説。房間內燈光比較昏暗，夜晚不夠亮度，淋浴間沒有防滑地墊，有安全隱患。花灑是舊設施，沒有使用指引，要自己試試。而且花灑高度對小朋友不太友好。 餐廳的早餐反而不錯，油條是現炸的，很脆；拉腸是現拉的，新鮮。品種也OK，吃飽沒問題

每次來從化都住這家酒店，酒店裝修大氣，大堂亮 堂，衞生乾淨整潔，環境安靜舒適，小何態度好。人又漂亮，説話又甜，下次還來

酒店有免費停車場，有汗蒸，泡池，很舒服的地方，交通方便，地鐵直達，附近八號倉是個不錯的打卡地方。這次小何還幫忙升級了房型。會再來的

出發也很近，這麼美好的地方，雖然有點舊但卻温馨整潔，整體設計很好的好喜歡 服務：好 衞生：好 環境：自然環境不錯下次再來，這次是晚上入住太晚了

辦理入住的時候已經明確的跟前台説過後麪幾天是另外一個訂單，錢也都付了，讓前台幫忙把訂單都關聯到一起，竟然讓我第二天早上再去前台跟早班的同事説一下？？？首先，錢已經付清，而且我也明確的説了後面還有訂單，為什麼還需要我花時間來做你的工作，還是要把工作推卸給其他同事？後面又説我兩個訂單床型不一樣，説是有團隊入住，讓我大床換成雙床，拜託，有團隊入住不應該是雙床緊張嗎！還讓我一個人去佔一個雙床。 第二，晚上睡覺發現被套是臟的，很明顯是三個手指印，房間裏很大的黴味。 第三，早餐的咖啡打出來全是泡沫，腸粉一夾就碎 第四，服務差！工作人員冷漠從來沒有笑臉，甚至連一句你好都沒有，有一次我等電梯，電梯門剛開，一個客房大姐直接就沖出來，可以用奪門而出來形容。有一天晚上我需要送拖鞋，大姐送過來之後我們説了聲謝謝，理都沒理就走了，前台更是這樣，站在櫃枱裏跟鬧着玩一樣。 酒店硬件條件老化是可以理解的，人員難道也跟着老化嗎？希望管理層反思

在網上找了很久，大部分温泉酒店都是 600 以上的，這家是 300 左右性價比很高的酒店，房間設施有點舊，不過無所謂，新裝修的反而有一股味道，泡池不多，好像有 8 個左右，總體感覺挺不錯的。

入住下午午休，工程師傅在敲打做工程。次日七點半開始又敲打，不怪別人，人家頂着太陽工作。怪的是酒店安排明知施工，為什麼安排那個房間給我。如果説為什麼吵着午睡不第一時間要求換房，我已經使用了房間，我好意思換嗎？我也算是老客户了，安排房間時不能綜合考慮下嗎？昨天來的旅行團在房間對面周圍，一整個下午各大媽大爺，導遊周圍敲門，竄門，吵得像菜市場一樣。平時都很好的，為什麼這次這麼差。給我開房間的工作人員不知道那裡施工嗎？為什麼安排我混在一個旅行團的那些房間中間？真的是氣得不知道説什麼話。
