First and foremost for all foreign passport holders, if you book an apartment in China, then you will have to go to the nearest police station to get your own verification to be done by the Police Officer. This was not known to me, and it took about 3 hours time.
The apartment is located on a narrow inside road due to which, the taxi drops you at the main road and you need to walk down around 200 feet for the apartment.
Other than this the stay was very peaceful.

The location isn’t bad, I stay on the 8th floor and the lift stops at the 7th, meaning you will have to walk up to your room. the receptionist had me waiting in the lobby for like 30 minutes to get my room ready 🥲.

A very basic stay yet I wasn’t looking for more. It was comfortable, and down a path a little away from the street yet very accessible. I wouldn’t mind staying again as the location was prime for me.

This is the second time staying in this place. Fairly convenient location, just 5 mins away from Xicun Metro station.
Very welcoming staff and pretty neatly managed.
