Yingfengyuan Hotel (Guangzhou Jiangnan Xi zhongyu College Branch) recensioner

The hotel is at the good location where you can see many main landscapes of the city. The services is not good. Even no water for drinking in the room. The washing gels bottles were almost empty and the hotel didn’t provide free cancellation option if your planning for staying changed.

Overall the hotel was not bad, especially for the given price. The distance from hotel to the city center is a couple of usd with a taxi. I had two bookings in this hotel, the first one for my friends and second for me. When we arrived to hotel, the receptionist told us that my friends’ room booking is available (room for two), but he can’t find my booking (room for one). I called the Trip.com hotline and fortunately they helped me, and I was given a room. Another problem was the dirtiness of the room. It seemed like it wasn’t cleaned after the last visitor. The positive side is that the staff was friendly and helpful, although they didn’t speak English. Overall, considering that we needed the hotel just like a place to sleep and take a shower, and the cheap price it was worth the stay.

I mean it’s worth it as a Muslim because of the mosque but nothing after that is good

Though the hotel is a bit far from the metro station , the hotel room is very clean and tidy , free WiFi , close to about 2-3parks for those of you are into parks , Good services from the front desk. The price is a bit expensive I did not manage to extend ..some few whole markets are there in Xicun exit B .

The room is quite better than the first one, the experience wasn't great but also was not bad. The price is increasing every day and hotel location is far from metro station

We not even stayed there. We just moved in another hotel. When we checked in almost 3 PM. And the room still not ready yet . Everything messy . The room not prepared. Even they're said we can check in at 8 am.

Nice and clean environment!

Overall under average experience. I booked a window room, was given a blind one. Good things first: the staff is helping and friendly, the bed is comfortable, there’s a boiler. Bad side: the cleanliness is really not good (dirty floor, the plastic slippers smell like cheese, didn’t used them but got lots of hair not mine under my socks 😩) Stains on wall and bed head (I prefer not ask what it is, the hotel can rent rooms by the hour) Some lightbulbs were broken and not replaced during the full week, the armchair broke when I was drinking : splash my clothes! It looks the place is a dormitory, lots of people walking and talking in and out of their rooms at any time of the night, and the door is not soundproof. Don’t disturb the spiders in corners, they will protect you from mosquitoes when you sleep. In short: ok for a night stop, not more.

酒店房間乾淨衞生，價格便宜，房間住着很舒服，周邊環境好，交通方便，離仲愷學院近走路幾分鐘就到了，走時把下次來住房間都預訂好了非常不錯。
