Guangzhou feiyang Apartment recensioner

The apartment is accessible from Metro Line2 at Gongyuanqian. Owner could upgrade pillows and provide 2 pillows per pax.

Prime location, the train station is at -2 floor which is very convenient. Walk 5- 8 minutes to Beijing Road. The person in charge is very kind to allow us to keep our luggages in room 1913 after check out but when we need to collect our luggages at 4.30pm, the luggages were move to room 2102, hence we didn’t manage to take back our drinks in the fridge. Overall is ok

Everything is quite good. Spacious place to put luggages. Able to receive parcel from taobao or pinduoudo

Got there and thought the place was old and tired, difficult to find. Had to get into different lifts to get to apartment but lift is easily overloaded so had to keep waiting. Tried to check out not long after we got there within about 3hrs but was advised this was not possible and had to wait till next day. Bed sheets smelt musky, woke up and my pajamas absorbed the smell too 🤮. Didn't get the room I booked and still had to pay full price. Would not book this again and certainly do not recommend, you can't even sit on the toilet properly, no space for you legs!!!

The location is very convenient, it just above the subway, a lot of restaurants & shops also near to Beijing road. The building is old but the room is okay , bright & clean. The lady is very helpful & kind.

only the washine machinre issue, use day 1, second day cant use, third day still cant use coz still leaking 🙃 other than that is oky for me.

i have booked 2 apartments. 1 apartment looked old but was clean.

The apartment was difficult to locate and appeared very run down. Initially, we were taken to a different room than the one we had booked. After clarifying, we were finally brought to the correct room, which was extremely small for three people. To make matters worse, you’ll be sleeping with cockroaches and bugs.

The apartment is located on top of a metro station. It is very convenient . However, in view of our age ( late sixties)' the owner reported work earlier and pulled our luggages all the way to the ticket machine . She is indeed a kind and caring person.

First time going to Guangzhou, it wasn’t a very pleasant trip. I arrived on a rainy afternoon, there’s no front desk to provide any assistance because the password can’t open the door, I have to ask around how to reach the front desk. The room assigned to me wasn’t 40 square meter, the bathroom WC is so close to the cabinet I can’t even put my leg in when using…There’s smoking smell and the room is along a corridor, you can hear people in and out very clearly. Overall, I didn’t expect a home stay to be so unpleasant.

Next to the train station. The room is large and clean (but no bathroom door) The apartment is quite hard to find but the owner is helpful.

The apartment very near to MRT stations and many shops nearby too, fast reply from house owner (easy check in and out). However, it would be better if there are 2 washrooms (Booked 2 beds for 4 adults) Thank you :)

Allowed early checkin which we really appreciated, but initially we were quite strongly pushed to accept a "free upgrade" to a supposedly higher-priced room which we rather disliked (it was still being cleaned and happened to be extremely dirty when we viewed it but more than that the room itself looked old and not our preferred type). Luckily we insisted on our original selection and were then immediately given a readily available room that was nice and clean, and the rest of our stay was great!
