We stayed for four nights and had a truly pleasant experience. As it was my fiancé’s birthday trip, we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a suite at the top floor with an amazing view, which set the tone for a special stay. My fiancé was especially impressed by the thoughtful touches and generous services—free laundry service with freshly cleaned clothes delivered to our doorstep every morning, a well-stocked fridge with complimentary drinks, and even a comforting late-night congee service.
One of the highlights was the robot that delivered our ******* orders right to our door each day—such a fun and futuristic touch! Given how hot the weather was during our stay, we also really appreciated the many bottles of mineral water provided daily to keep us hydrated.
The location was excellent, with DiDi easily available, making it very convenient to get around. A special shoutout goes to Jing Tian and her team at the reception. Their warm hospitality and attentive service truly made our trip memorable. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable—we’ll definitely be back!

Hotel was comfortable, with nice river view if you get the river view rooms. Room was clean and clean with super comfortable mattress, pillows and blanket. Air conditioner was also cold enough for the hot weather. Overall bathroom was spacious with proper areas for Shower, toilet and sink. But sink area was very small so there was no space to put your toiletries.
Laundry service is provided for regular cotton type of clothes. Drinking water, bottled tea drink and coke are provided in the room. There are also tea leaves and coffee bags. Lots of tv channels to watch but not enough time to watch.
Easy access to river and nearby eateries and convenience stores. But would need to walk for about 10 minutes to reach the Beijing Road Pedestrian Walk where there are many malls, restaurants and Big Buddha Temple.

It’s a cute older hotel, not super clean, my room kinda smelled, even though I was on a higher floor, convenience is key here- walking distance to a lot of things!
The breakfast buffet was the highlight of my day and their restaurant food is very good and fresh!

It is a very well managed hotel, where you feel very welcome by all staff. I had a river view room, which was beautiful, the room was spacious and clean.
I particularly liked their laundry service and free snack in the late evening. There is also a small gym overlooking the river. Great location with some parking, and a great Cantonese restaurant on the lower floors. Starbucks on the ground floor in case you need some coffee.
