Elegant Hotel (Zhujiang New Town Canton Tower) recensioner

This is a genuinely nice hotel, probably my favourite I have stayed in so far in China. The room was big and comfortable, with an good view of Tianhe. If you want to lounge around looking at the cityscape, you can do so from either the bed or a sofa right by the window. Just a very comfortable room to be in. The location is good if you want to stay in the very modern part of Guangzhou, near the Canton Tower etc. The reception supervisor, a lady named Tong, was very helpful, and gave me some good suggestions. Completely recommended, I’d be very happy to stay here again if I came back to Canton. There is a bar that was open til 1am but I didn’t stay long enough to check it out. Wonderful Stay at Elegant Hotel I stayed at the Elegant Hotel to celebrate my wife’s birthday, and it was an amazing experience. The housekeeper, Mary, provided exceptional service, and I even added her on WeChat. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with a lovely fruit basket, and our river view room allowed us to see my kid’s favorite tower (Canton Tower). The location is ideal, making it convenient for shopping and sightseeing. I highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure travelers. A big thanks to the Elegant Hotel and its welcoming staff for making our stay memorable!

Impressed with the hospitality of the hotel staff. Felt very welcome upon checked in. Offered guests free afternoon tea and supper. There is a food alley just behind the hotel and a shopping mall nearby. Booked the river view rooms for the canton tower view, and the view was totally worth it. Toilet and shower areas are separated. The only inconvenience is that there is no place to hang clothes in the shower. You have to open the glass door to get your clothes. Quite awkward amd challenging as I'm staying with my dad.

It is very nice hotel with perfect location in CBD area. It is right opposite of the Guangzhou tower with excellent view.

The place was a bit pricey but the location was wonderful. Close to the fair and also close to the mall. Wonderful room and great view.

The bed and blanket is not clean and make me cant sleep in night. However，they even dont give any refund on this matter and not worth the price.

It's my first time in Guangzhou and I chose this hotel for my husband's birthday. The hotel staff specially arranged and decorated the room in advance, and I didn't even inform them about it. I only informed them when I arrived and ask for a small birthday cake the next day, and they delivered. When we entered the room upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised! There were balloons and beautiful stickers on the floor-to-ceiling windows, and other birthday decorations in the room. We stayed for three days, and the room was cleaned thoroughly every day. The hotel staff assigned to us, Xiao Qing, was very thoughtful and checked in on our satisfaction during our stay. Rachel and some other staff helped us alot as well. It was a wonderful stay at the hotel, and we were happy to meet such lovely staff. We will definitely come again next time!

Nice view from the hotel, there is a mall within walking distance from the hotel. Convenient to walk to many eateries and the hotel buffet breakfast is great.

Everything was great about this hotel. Our booking doesn’t come with the breakfast hence couldn’t review. But the afternoon treat at lounge beside reception was great. The only negative point is we can hear the clubbing sound & beats when we trying to sleep, think there is a club on level 3/4 below.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Elegant Hotel in Guangzhou, and it was truly a memorable experience. From the moment I arrived, the service was impeccable. The staff’s attention to detail was evident in every interaction, and they went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I particularly loved the midnight snacks and desserts; they were a delightful treat and added an extra touch of luxury. The location of the hotel is fantastic, making it easy to explore the best parts of Guangzhou. If I had to mention one minor drawback, it would be that my room was a bit on the darker side. However, this did little to detract from my overall experience. Thank you, Elegant Hotel, for your warm hospitality—I look forward to my next visit!
