Located on the 6 th floor of buliding.
Very nice service from both Men in the reception
Laundry is available with dryer
Room is spacious
Walk to wanda plaza for shoping & food
Close 10 minutes walk to subway in teemall

Great deal as an airport hotel, lil better than capsule, it d be better if they could add toilet at shower room, need to walk distance for toilet

Small but comfy bed and air condition. Near to food restaurants. Toilet is a bit far. Shower room
Clean n nearer than toilets. Can check in anytime. Front desk open 24 hrs.

Price is acceptable, very convenient when you have an early flight in the morning. Just get up and go to upstairs for check-in.
I recommend this place. You can relax before flight, sleep or take a nap.

This Airport Pay Lounge is very convenient for us. The slacking here is its receptionists couldn't speak English. Low and poor understanding of English. Hope the management will provide English communication course for them. However, the Air Asia check-in personnels can speak English well. Keep it up!
Furthermore, should have built-in shared toilets beside the shared bathrooms specially for the lounge guests. The walkway to the car park should relocate to another place as the rooms are not really sound-proof and for security safety too.

The idea of this service is amazing: you can have a private room and take a shower in the airport, perfect for a one night layover.
However, it's a pity that the cabins are placed along a corridor leading to a carpark and so many people pass by talking loudly and careless of the "be quiet" signs, even late at night. So bring your earplugs.
Another downside is that, while the showers are exclusive for the guests, the toilets are the ones shared with the terminal passengers.

It is noisy all night since it is a walk way to car park. My friend was sick and arrived late so it was a decision but could noot sleep all night.

The service is very bad . The front desk does not resist the request to allot a better room away from noise although the rooms are vacant . The aircon was not working and there was no response .
