Small but comfy bed and air condition. Near to food restaurants. Toilet is a bit far. Shower room Clean n nearer than toilets. Can check in anytime. Front desk open 24 hrs.

Price is acceptable, very convenient when you have an early flight in the morning. Just get up and go to upstairs for check-in. I recommend this place. You can relax before flight, sleep or take a nap.

This Airport Pay Lounge is very convenient for us. The slacking here is its receptionists couldn't speak English. Low and poor understanding of English. Hope the management will provide English communication course for them. However, the Air Asia check-in personnels can speak English well. Keep it up! Furthermore, should have built-in shared toilets beside the shared bathrooms specially for the lounge guests. The walkway to the car park should relocate to another place as the rooms are not really sound-proof and for security safety too.

The idea of this service is amazing: you can have a private room and take a shower in the airport, perfect for a one night layover. However, it's a pity that the cabins are placed along a corridor leading to a carpark and so many people pass by talking loudly and careless of the "be quiet" signs, even late at night. So bring your earplugs. Another downside is that, while the showers are exclusive for the guests, the toilets are the ones shared with the terminal passengers.

It is noisy all night since it is a walk way to car park. My friend was sick and arrived late so it was a decision but could noot sleep all night.

Convenient and easy to find the hotel. Fast and smooth check in. Good for staying few hours or overnight flight but most suitable for single travelers as the bed may too small for 2 adults.

The ac did not work properly. Since short stay didn't bother asking but outside was cooler than inside. Noisy as passengers travel along the corridor to the parking lot 3 in Terminal 1. The cola and the water in the picture are mine and not provided by the hotel. A small towel for a shower and disposable toothbrush is provided.

Impossible to sleep as room right next to the walkway to carpark. You will hear everything and everyone that walks past is always loud.

The staff was kind and efficient. The location is very convenient because of its location inside the airport, however, the lounge area has a commuter hallway that goes through it. There are constantly people walking past the rooms making noise, even though there are many signs that warn people to be quiet. From inside the rooms it is very easy to hear many people. Also, the website and check-in voucher said that the hotel provides toothpaste and toothbrush, but they did not. The shared shower is located in the hallway with the rooms, but the toilet is outside of the area, across from the hotel, it is one of the regular terminal toilets.

Friendly and quick customer service at the front desk. The room was clean and had many outlets for charging my devices. A bit loud at times as there was a lot of foot traffic, but as far as sleeping arrangements at the airport, it was a great value. Would definitely use this again if I had an early flight the next day or had arrived quite late at night.

It is a basic pod to stay for a night, located in the airport but you need to clear immigration. So plan for an extra 1 hour and the hassle of immigration. Location is at T1, so it is short free shuttle bus from T2, and once you alight from the bus it is just a few minutes away. Same for the return trip to T2. Sound proof is indeed poor for light sleeper. There is a basic shower facility for a quick wash. Basic pod, not recommended at ‘normal’ circumstances but it is cheap, location is great. My recommendation, if you cannot find a decent place to ‘sleep’ in the airport (transit) then do consider this pod. 

What a fun and unique little stay. This was the first time I booked accommodation in an airport and that was the best decision for my 12hr layover in Guanzhou. Thank you to the lovely staff too for helping me connect to the WiFi because I was experiencing so many problems and for being so friendly.
