Guangdong Airport Hotel (Guangzhou New Baiyun International Airport Direct Store)

We had a really good time, the hotel was so clean and friendly. We even thanked the cook for the nice breakfast. Would like to visit again. Thank you 😊

I booked this hotel because it was cheap and close to the airport. Big mistake. When I arrived, the receptionist told me, “I can upgrade your room for you; it will have a window.” I was feeling quite pleased with the arrangement, but when I got to my room, I found that the floor was wet, and there was a lot of hair in the bathroom. The room I had originally booked was supposed to be a single-bed room, but instead, I was given an old double-bed room that looked nothing like the one in the pictures. There were also a lot of insects in the room, and there was blood on the quilt. I went downstairs to ask the receptionist if there was any possibility of me being moved to a different room. They went up to check and then told me that there was no alternative available. Not even my originally booked room. They also claimed that I must have somehow messed up the quilt and that it was therefore unusable, and that I would have to pay for the damages. This was right after having checked in, without having stayed in the room! Really unproffesional staff and bad quality.

It's not an international hotel. Staff doesn't speak english and they are very rude. They are reforming the hotel, so it's very dirty. The room is very old.

Check in process is smooth and speedy. Room is okay however it’s below my expectation. The cleanliness of the hotel is okay. The only advantage to stay here is the location of the hotel is close to airport. It only takes 10 mins to arrive Baiyun Airport
