Guangdong Airport Hotel (Guangzhou New Baiyun International Airport Direct Store)

Mycket besviken.

The room was very clean. The receptionist was really nice and upgraded my room for free. I could control all the lights and other things via Baidu AI. It was really good. I really appreciated this hotels.

The room is clean, spacious and comfortable. Free and prompt shuttle services to/from Baiyun Airport and Renhe Subway Station are easily arranged with the hotel for accessing the city both near and far. The staff, including workers in the front desk, dining room and shuttle service, are friendly and courteous. We want to highlight one particular front desk worker: 葉小姐。 She is a problem solver, is professional when handling issue, and provides the best customer service. We also got an upgraded room. The free breakfast offered a variety of healthy nutritious food to start the day. The hotel locates in an older established community with many basic amenities such as pharmacies, super market, family eateries, massage parlors...and a park where a group of women doing their evening exercises 廣塲舞 . We have had a very pleasant and positive stay in this quality and high valued hotel. We certainly would recommend this hotel to family and friends.

i got a room upgrade, the airport pick-up and drop off is reliable and the breakfast is yummy!

I can say that the hotel is absolutely worth more than what you have paid for. Room is spacious and clean. Bed is comfortable. Bathroom is also huge and shower is great. Spotless. Strong recommend.

Great value stay for airport transit! The hotel offers affordable rates, comfortable rooms, and complete amenities. A huge plus is the free 24-hour airport shuttle service, which made my trip so much easier. Although the staff don't speak English, they were incredibly helpful and dedicated—they used WeChat translation to communicate smoothly throughout our stay. They also offer free breakfast, and there's a convenient store right next to the hotel. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a convenient and hassle-free stay near the airport!
