Check in was very smooth, all staffs are friendly and helpful. Short distance to get public transport, very convenient for us. Will recommend here to my friends and will choose to stay here again in future!

If you want to find a convenient and 5 star hotel in Guangzhou, Kempinski Residence Guangzhou is one of the best choice. We come to celebrate our 19th wedding anniversary this time, and hotel made a best arrangement to us, upgrade our room to a suite and prepare room amenities for us. We are very appreciate their service and hospitality. If we come back to Guangzhou, will stay here again.

The overall experience is great and the service is excellent. The reception went out of her way to help us with a phone we accidentally left in the car that fetches us from airport. The room is spacious and very well equipped. However, maintenance is slightly lacking and it may be an issue 1-2 years down the road if it continues this way. While the rest of the facilities are of good quality and very well functioning. Probably the only downside is the hotel surrounding isn’t so nice at this moment. That should hopefully change in a few years time when all construction are completed.

From helpful recommendations to seamless assistance with transportation, the front desk and concierge were always attentive and friendly. The dining options were excellent; breakfast offered a delicious variety with fresh and diverse options each day. The location is perfect for both business and leisure, with easy access to major landmarks, restaurants, and shopping centers, making it easy to explore Guangzhou. We stayed in a fantastic 2-bedroom suite at Kempinski Residences Guangzhou, and it was perfect for our family, including our toddler. The suite was beautifully decorated, spacious, and provided a very comfortable stay. The service staff were attentive and responsive, ensuring that everything we needed was promptly taken care of, which made our experience even more pleasant. The central location is convenient, though it would be even better if there were more shopping malls nearby, so we wouldn't have to travel far for entertainment or dining. One suggestion would be to add some child-friendly amenities—play areas or simple kid-focused facilities would make this an ideal place for families with young children. Overall, a wonderful stay, and we’d definitely consider returning!

Hotel room was big and spacious. Very clean and comfortable. We knew that there was construction in the area and requested for a room that does not face the construction site. Could barely hear any construction noise at night. Hotel staff was kind in preparing a bottle of wine and decoration for our wedding anniversary. Handheld shower holder was a little spoil and couldn't hold the shower in place. The rain shower was also abit spoilt. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay.

We loved the hotel’s location, as it is situated in an area with plenty of restaurants and food options, 7-11 nearby. The two-bedroom suite was spacious, with the main room having a large bathroom. The staff were efficient and incredibly helpful, and the room was clean. We would definitely choose to stay here again if we visit Guangzhou.

Breakfast was good. Close to the Metro station 淘金。 There are construction 🏗️🚧 beside the hotel. Can hear machinery sound working like big machine and truck even during 2am. That's the down side.

The hotel is neat and tidy.  I really appreciate the housekeeping service, they are very friendly and thoughtful.  It was an enjoyable stay.
