We rented this hotel only because of swimming pool and sauna. But when we checked in the reception told us that at swimming pool at the day time kids have classes, and they will finished around 8 pm, but at 9.30 the pool still was full of kids. And was impossible to swim. The pool is very shallow And the sauna was working not that good. The breakfast was very poor, Like 3 stars hotel Location of this hotel is good. And the design great. Rooms are clean and quiet.

The hotel is very new and clean. 3-400 m far from shopping area. The room is very far from lobby but aftrr checkin, you can use another lift that feel closer to the entrance than the lift near lobby. The breakfast was good(variety of foods)

It's really close to the metro station. The hotel is gigantic, which is a bad thing. It takes a long time to get to the reception or the pool. There was a construction site right outside my window, and at 11:30 p.m., the excavator workers started blowing their whistles. I had to go to the reception to ask for a different room. The staff gave me a different room. The breakfast food was delicious, and there was a good selection. However, I probably won't stay here again.

All the staffs have been really friendly and helpful, however, a man (probably a hotel guest)kept spitting to the side of the pool after each lap whist our children were swimming in the pool. This is not directly the hotel’s fault but the staff did not intervene which it was a bit disappointing, we had to take the children out of the swimming pool after a short while as it was very unpleasant.

The workers were very helpful and friendly especially the pool man. The rooms were clean, beds were comfy and guest laundry was ace .i liked the drying rack. The swimming pool was brilliant and we were the only swimmers on each visit. There were loads of cheap eating places nearby and the subway was close. Recommended

For some reason, transfer from the airport arrives to the departures gate (you need to seek the gate yourself, it's not straightforward). Our room wasn't ready at the time of check-in (2 pm), and we had to wait. The main downside: the internet was constantly disconnecting and its quality was very bad even for simple browsing. On the bright side, breakfast was good and tasty.

Hotel is good but little bit far from city centre but although you can go by metro and taxi but it takes 35-40 minutes to reach city centre other wise the hotel is good and there were no kitchen items in room

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel near the airport. The location is incredibly convenient, especially for early flights or late arrivals.
