VERY GOOD!!!!!! The workers are so kind…. HAVE A NICE DAY~ ^^

The hotel staff are very friendly and professional, giving very good impression of the hotel. Special note for excellence in giving hotel impressions are (1) the reception girl when we checked into the hotel (2) all the security guys (3) the gentleman who helped us with luggages after we checked out. Only one constructive criticism for one individual housekeeping staff, ONE INDIVIDUAL ONLY. She is the only reason we have rated 4 out of 5 in the SERVICE category. Otherwise, we would have rated it as 5 out of 5. We have phoned reception twice in our four nights stay for room service for extra bottled water. The same individual housekeeping staff were sent to us with a sour face. This sour face is understandably rooted from the first encounter on Nov 3 when we insisted on what we have requested. Other than the individual housekeeping staff, this is a good hotel to stay because everyone else are friendly and professional. The hotel is clean too.

前台小姐姐的熱情，服務很好，床品很舒服乾淨，隔音效果很好，睡了一個很踏實的覺，退房後前台小姐姐又一次熱情的向我道別，下次還過來住，真棒

房間總體來説可以，乾淨衞生，前台服務人員比較細心，熱情，離長隆挺近的，好

性價比可以，在廣州這個價位還是挺適合的，靠近長隆還是挺方便的

房間屬於中規中矩不好不壞。 早餐不錯，品種挺多。最大的優點是交通方便，指的是自駕，停車場車位充足還免費。 路過住一晚非常方便。 晚上打電話前台一直沒人接。
