The apartment is near to Beijing pedestrian road and easy access to Gongyuanqian metro station which is just a few minutes walk. The room also spacious and clean.

Repeat stay at this apartment because of the location. Besides the convenience of the metro which is at the same building, the front desk staff are very friendly and very prompt to address any concerns. The housekeeping staff is consistent to replenish 2 bottles mineral water very day. Security staff are always available at entrance of the the apartment which is not commonly seen even at hotels. The apartment is within walking distance to many tourist attractions at GZ e.g Big Temple, Nan Xue King Museum, Beijing shopping street.

It's a great location, but it might be bit hard to find for the first time. But once you know where it is it is very convinient. A room is nice, nice view, bedding is also nice! It's spacious, fully function. Would recommended!

Room size is good and clean. Toilet is a little smelly. Toilet door is wobbly and cannot be locked. Views are good but lifts are very slow. There is a washing machine which is excellent but difficult to hang or dry your clothes. Very convenient as train station (Gong Yan Qian) is located just below the building. Beijing Road is just a few minutes walk away.  Good food and shopping within walking distance.

The location is perfect because underneath it is the subway and A Mall. Just a fee minutes walk is Beijinglu wgere there is so much to buy and eat. Contrary to what was reviwed about difficulty in locating the place just make the Mayflower building your marker and you wont get lost. Also if you ask around they would not know the apartment. Just go inside A Mall and walk straight ahead where you can find the entrance leading to the aprtment. Actually there are 3 apartments in 1 building. Room is cleaned evryday and tissues and water are refilled daily

I have booked for 4 pax in the room but the towels and water always short of 2, but after contacting them, they did provide. Way of communication is via wechat. If you don't have china phone number, the WiFi needs to contact recep via wechat to provide OTP. Place is a bit old, not ver well kept but things are functioning. The actual rooms dun quite look like the photos though.

The hotel's location is excellent, situated right above a shopping mall and with easy access to metro stations. It's also within walking distance to Beijing Road, making it perfect for shopping and sightseeing. A great choice for travelers looking for convenience and accessibility!

This unit is in a central location, extremely close to the metro and Beijing street. It is quite noisy until late at night as it is located in a major road. You can hear music, honking, and other city noises. The unit is roomy with three full beds, laundry but it is a bit old in some aspects. There is quite a wait for elevator during busy hours since it is shared with the entire building.
