It is located in the old part of the city which I enjoyed Close to famous Cantonese teahouses and within 1.5 to 4 km by ride hailing Closest subway is Yide station approximately 690 metres away Housekeeping also score points for this hotel too The surroundings of the hotel may appear rundown to some but the exterior and interior of the hotel will impress you with tastefully designed features There's a famous branch of a local confectionery situated right next to the hotel specialising in traditional Cantonese pastries which draw queues from 07:30 till probably 10pm Apparently non stop operations For some who love supper turn left from the hotel about 100 metres more you will find rustic night open air or indoor dining attractions Overall the reception by friendly and polite staff at the counter is already a value for money deal.

So, I spent nearly two weeks chilling at this spot on my recent China adventure. It's pretty cool, you know? Super minimalist vibes, but it's got all the essentials right around the corner. The folks at the front desk were total gems, even though English wasn't their thing, they bent over backward to make sure I was sorted. And let's talk about the neighborhood – tons of grub spots, a trusty 7/11, bakeries for days, and even a microbrewery nearby. Honestly, I was feeling the love during my stay here. It's about a 10-minute stroll to the Haizhu metro station, just across the river. Not too shabby, but after a long day, it can feel like a bit of a trek. Still, it added a bit of adventure to the whole experience, which was kind of fun, if I'm honest.

Location is very good. Look for Parsum business Apartment. Quiet neighbourhood there’s a cookie store downstairs with long queues. Receptionist, Mr. Huang and Ms. Hong were very friendly and helpful. Peanut cookie is to die for, you must get a packet. room was surprisingly clean with Amenities like a five star hotel. they changed new towels, face towels, slippers for us every day. Room was small but we dont mind. As long as its clean. Can be a little noisy when there are people talking at the hallway. Opposite of the hotel is a wet market. 100m to the left of hotel, there are seafood restaurants, reasonable and delicious foods. walking distance from Haizu Square Metro Station. Exit A. Cross the bridge and turn right then use maps. Hard to tell from there on. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. And will return stay if we come back again.

We had a great stay. The location is great, near a big market. Location is clean and amenities are good. The bed is comfortable and the water is hot if you need it. Metro station is close, Spanish island is walking distance - maybe 20 min. Not much English spoken but you can communicate. The only downside during our stay was that some people were smoking on the stairways and we could smell it in our room. Except that it was perfect.

Careful with the provided bottled water! One of them looked new, had been opened and then closed. I don't know if someone drank from it or refilled it or just decided to not drink it in the end, but the staff didn't check! Deposit of 100cny requested upon check in, which is not common in China and you are not warned beforehand. After some arguing I managed to skip this one. Room doesn't look like the one in the pictures, but it's not bad either. Spacious enough for two people. No windows, but one in the bathroom which lets in way too much light and noise. Asked to change to the same type of room but they wanted me to pay more, which is weird. Bed is comfortable. TV useless. The window I mentioned earlier is right in front of the shower and I'm pretty sure is see through despite the plastic curtain. Once you shower, forget to use the toilet since everything gets wet. Food options in the area are expensive and metro is a good 20min walk. At least the river is 1min away, which is the reason I picked this place so I could go for a run (10km easily along the river bank).

The hotel overall is good but the nearest mrt station is 1km. Opposite the hotel got a morning market. Overall is ok will come back again. Hotel inside is clean also. Not that mini actually.

We are from Singapore and this is our first time visiting Guangzhou after Covid. Correct Hotel Name: Parsum Business Apartment. Location: Right across from the hotel, you'll find the wet and dry market. It's a great place to shop for reasonably priced breakfast, lunch, and dinner options, as well as dry seafood to take home, and a wide variety of fruits. Recommendation: We suggest taking a taxi to the hotel, especially if you're not familiar with the location, as it can be a bit challenging to find your way there. MRT Stations: There are two MRT stations near the hotel. * Haizhou Square Station: If you choose to walk, you'll need to cross a large bridge, which might not be the most convenient option, taking around 20-30 minutes on foot. * 市二宫 (Shi Er Gong) Station: This station does not require you to cross a bridge, but it's advisable to ask for directions while walking to the hotel. 我们来自新加坡，这是我们在疫情后第一次访问广州。 酒店正确名称：巴瑟姆商务公寓。 位置：酒店正对面是湿货和干货市场。这是一个购买价格合理的早餐、午餐和晚餐选择的好地方，还有各种干海鲜可以带回家，以及多种水果。 建议：我们建议您坐出租车前往酒店，特别是如果您对该位置不熟悉，因为找到酒店可能会有一些挑战。 地铁站：附近有两个地铁站。 * 海洲广场站：如果您选择步行，需要穿过一座大桥，这可能不是最便利的选择，大约需要步行20-30分钟。 * 市二宫站：这个站不需要穿越大桥，但在步行前前往酒店时最好向人询问方向。

Tha bathroom had a horrible smell that would never go away, the floor was sticking and the pictures do not represent the reality. The shower water pressure was ridiculous

The hotel is very nice, clean and adequate. The staff are friendly and lovely people. Rocky was very helpful with the samples that came to the hotel. He is a lovely young man who could easily be the manager of many hotels. I don't think I will go to any other hotel in Guangzhou anymore. Right behind the hotel is the city's famous river, a very pleasant location for night times. I recommend it especially to families.

The bad: There was a rat in the hallway of the second floor. I heard other people on the floor screaming when they got off the elevator and saw it, and I saw it twice myself. One of the towels in my room was wet (maybe used?) when I arrived. There was also hair on the floor of the bathroom and on top of the drain that was there before I used it. There was a flattened, dead cockroach in the hall that was there for some time. The good: The bed was clean and comfortable and the air conditioner worked well. The front desk answered my questions and replaced my towel when asked. Overall, I would not recommend staying here.

Overall is quite convenient , the cleaner is super nice and detail :)

Budget Friendly Hotel

not a bad experience. we stay there only for one night for a quick trip.

All Ok, but there was very less light in the room 2 ceiling lights were not working and most importantly a very sad night incident in this hotel that some drunk chinese created alot of chaos on my floor and i was terrified because they were fighting and i heard a loud bang may be some fire cracker or i don't know what it was but it was a terrible night. I stayed there for 5 nights but 1 night it was terrible and the hotel staff cant even speak a sngle English word. Really disappointed
