It was a wonderful stay at Litu International Apartment. The location is very convenient and peaceful. It’s relaxing when you go out. Not crowded. Didi is very fast as well in this location. There are convenience stores and many restaurants. They even help you with deliveries. The customer service is very helpful as well as the housekeeping lady. They are very attentive and approachable. They give their best to help you with everything. We are super satisfied. We will come back for sure! ❤️

To be honest, this place is really both clean and affordable comparing to many hotels that i’ve been staying in, this apartment can be both an apartment and hotel. The aminities they provide and styling and cleanliness is incredible for the price i’ve booked. 100% reccommended to all travelers wanting a good place with price under 50US$/night. I was really shocked when i eneter the room it was so so clean and the style is my type.

Great rooms super clean and very upmarket building. Nice views as well of the surroundings
As a family with young kids we found the Location is very business centric as it's next to the financial tower, hence hailing a cab is very hard it felt it was far from city centre.
Unfortunately for us the staff didn't speak in English, they were warm and friendly but mostly struggled to communicate.
The rooms had a full kitchen but not utensils (plate, fork, spoon or knife) it did have a washing machine and a dryer.
We were to travel to the whole markets for shipping but it showed it will take 40 odd mins to reach there in a cab and hence couldn't do it as it was our last night in Guangzhou.

I really enjoyed this hotel. The rooms are clean, and complimentary hygiene products are provided, including a heavenly scented shower gel. The staff is friendly and speaks English. They are always ready to assist with any questions and the hotel’s location is convenient for sightseeing.

The space was fabulous, everything near and very cozy.
I'd highly recommend as the customer service was also very responsible and friendly toward us.
Went around 3am and booked, the service, amenities, and overall environment was professional, excellent, and clean. No wonder this had a high rating. The view was superb too.
Definitely will come back here if I stay in Guangzhou East! 🙌🏻✨👋🏻

The space was comfortable and well-maintained. The breakfast provided was simple, but it didn’t quite suit my family’s preference for a Western-style meal. I’d recommend exploring the nearby eateries for a wider variety of options.
Housekeeping was decent—they changed the towels daily and replenished bottled water and amenities, which was appreciated. However, noise from some neighboring guests was an issue, as a few doors down, there were loud arguments. This, of course, is not the hotel’s fault and depends on who happens to be staying on the same floor.
One thing to note is that the hotel is located in a financial district, so weekends can be rather quiet. Overall, it was a good stay with a few minor inconveniences

The location is not that good if you want to travel between places, its always bussy with traffic and takes alot of time. The room was quite clean but first night i was scratching during the whole night , I suppose the sheets weren’t that clean. The staff was nice but didnt speak english. Breakfast is not in the hotel, is in the restaurant near by. The kitchen in the room is not equipped at all- literally has nothing in it.
Buttom line - I will not book this hotel again.
