I chose this hotel among many others mainly because of its cost-effectiveness. To my surprise, after actually staying there, the experience far exceeded my expectations! The price is affordable but the quality is not compromised at all. The room is spacious and comfortable, the decoration is simple and fashionable, and the facilities are complete, which is not inferior to other hotels at the same price. The hotel's breakfast is very rich and diverse, meeting the taste requirements of different people. The hotel's location is also good, with many shopping malls and restaurants around, making it convenient for shopping. Moreover, the hotel staff Xiao Fan's service attitude is very good, enthusiastic and considerate. Staying here not only enjoyed high-quality service and comfortable environment, but also did not spend too much money, which is really worth it! I strongly recommend it to everyone!

Stay for LIU YU XIN XANADU concert. Opposite shopping mall. Convenient to food, shop and subway. Simple hotel for short stay. Front desk is very helpful to help me book cab and so on.

Highly recommended if you looking for a nice quite place to stay. If you go there ask for "Joey" he speaks English and will help you with anything you need.

I was checked in late because the room was not ready. I found a spider on my pillow. But if I don’t take into account all that it was a standard hotel room

The location of the hotel is perfect: Line 6 Suyuan station is just a few steps away, while right across the street there is a big Wanda and a lot of restaurants (some great Korean restaurants, too). The room was very clean, simple, quiet, and very comfortable. Special credit should go to all the staff, from reception to cleaning and maintenance personnel for being exceptionally friendly and helpful, I was really treated like a VIP the whole time. I'm definitely staying here every time I visit Guangzhou, thank you for this excellent experience!

出差在科學城工作，這家酒店在萬達對面，樓下地鐵站，吃飯和去市區都非常方便，除了開業年限較長，裝修較老，其他都沒得挑。 其中一天待在房間裏沒外出，目睹了房間日常保潔非常細緻，住的更放心了。 週五退房時需按公司要求開具水單及發票前台小吳也非常耐心按要求一併開局。

酒店的設備設施有待提升 房間寬敞空間大 光線明亮 我住的這個房間是靠萬達那邊 觀景是不錯的 離馬路比較近 把門窗關上還是可以的 房間是飄窗的 乾淨衞生 酒店的服務員小石頭很熱情 服務貼切 出差住這邊還是可以的 柏高值得推薦

以前沒有做過柏高這個品牌，這一次參加馬拉松比賽，住了黃埔區蘿崗萬達廣場的柏高酒店，體驗感不錯，酒店的位置就在萬達廣場正對面，也很方便，酒店服務很好，給我們延遲退房，前台，小石頭服務周到，熱情耐心 推薦這家酒店。

這次出差選擇了這家酒店，酒店前台還幫我免費升級了一個房型，這次我住的房間是靠小區裏面的，房間挺安靜的，空間也挺大的，離我們公司也很近，所以就選擇了這家酒店，沒選擇錯，對面就是萬達廣場，吃喝也特別的方便，點外賣還有機器人送上房間來，太方便啦 前台服務也很好 特別是小石頭 點贊[玫瑰]

第一次住柏高酒店，體驗是非常的不錯的，入住的時候，酒店就有自助機，挺智能的，可以自動選房，我選的房間是靠萬達廣場這一邊的，打開窗就可以看到萬達廣場，地鐵也很近，就幾十米就到達蘇園a出口，點外賣有機器人送到房間，前台的小石頭服務周到，給我們延時退房點贊，推薦柏高酒店

這個酒店不會再來拉黑。馬桶堵塞溢水，房間一股味道，致電2次才肯慢慢吞來清理。來清理的工作人員第一句就是吃飯時間沒人搞衞生。第一次懟她，不情願地搞了一頓後對我家孩子説不要把牙刷丟馬桶。呵……三支牙刷（三人入住）還整整齊齊放在漱口杯，不問緣由跟孩子説教，第二次懟她。靠近馬路對面是蘿崗萬達晚上噪音很大，洗澡房的花灑裝得異常靠近其中一堵牆，花灑出水後走位，衹能手拿着洗澡，裏面衹有1個掛衣服的勾，每個人衹穿衣服嗎？這位花灑位置不正，衣服被濺濕。

到廣州出差選擇這一家酒店是在黃埔區蘿崗萬達那一塊的，離我想去的地方特別近，所以我選擇這家柏高酒店入住，我住的那個房間空間也不小，靠馬路的有車聲可以接受，酒店的阿姨服務也好，有問題馬上解決 前台反應很快很熱情 小石給開的發票很迅速 推薦
