this hotel very and good service very near downtown will book again

Surprisingly dirty hotel room, with mould and stains everywhere on the walls and furniture, we also found multiple cockroaches. Some of the receptionists were nice, although room service only came on a single day out of our 4 day stay. -Positives Convenient location, although not central and in a pretty run-down negative area Fridge and washing machine in room Store downstairs Spacious room -Negatives Bad wifi Bug infested room Bad cleanliness Outdated furniture Leaky shower Not functioning toilet . The room was spacious but it falls below cleanliness standards

Thank God we found this hotel just 10 minutes walk away from Beijing Road Station Exit A. 2 minutes walk to 天字码头Tian Zi Piers This hotel looks a bit old but very spacious and have sofa and table for dining. This hotel provides complete necessary amenities such as 2 room key cards, the minibar, the microwave, kettle, washing machine cum drier, windows with beautiful view of ZhuJiang River and cruise. The front desks staffs and cleaner are very friendly and helpful. We did not know how to on the TV and connecting to hotel WIFI the front desk female staff 小陈 Xiao Chen was very helpful. She came to our room and taught us how to on TV and connecting to WI-FI. The cleaner also helped us to spray air freshener when we asked for it. There's no smoking smell in the hotel vicinity or in the hallway when we checked in. The overall surrounding of this hotel was very clean and no smoking smell. We can even go to level 43 to snap photo of the ZhuJiang river view. Highly recommended this hotel.

Room size was small when compared to Trip.com listing.It was mentioned as 40-45 meter square but the actual was 275-300 meter square. Front office staff was nice and check in was easy.Got early check in.Breakfast was good. Super market is just attached to the building and it is very easy to buy basic needs. Very near to river cruise terminal.Lots of restaurants around.Overall it was a nice stay.my room number was 1007

Hot water will run out real quick, need to wait before there is hot water again.

Bad. A bit far from a subway station. The room was old and dirty. I am allergic to dust mites and I had rash all over my body. I need to take a medicine for it.
