Svar från boendet: 尊敬的賓客非常感謝您的本次入住選擇富贏服務公寓（廣州保利世貿店），酒店臨近琶洲展館，酒店樓下負一層有美食廣場以及咖啡廳，水果店，還有兩個24小時營業的便利店。步行10-15分鐘即可到達廣交會各個展館以及六元素體驗中心，電影院，商業街還有各種小童娛樂中心等！因為這棟公寓樓有一定的樓齡的了，所以都會有一定程度上的陳舊以及設施老化，但是就此問題，我們已經和物業以及業主多方開會，要求重新維護這棟公寓樓的設施問題。但是 相對而言我們比其他房間維護的還是較好的 ！ 不可否認也確實會有一些地方還是不盡人意，但是我們會努力改善，儘量會為每個住户提供一個舒適安全的環境！並且如果您入住的時候對於此房間不滿意，其實可以告知我們進行更換的。 您住宿期間有問題可以及時聯繫我們幫您儘量解決！ 服務好每位客人是我們的永遠不變的堅持！謝謝您的點評，祝您生活愉快！
