All perfect, staff commitment to give great service is tested on 5 stars. Great room, great food

Disappointing "5-Star" Claim - Dated and Underwhelming "While marketed as a 5-star experience, our recent stay at Yunkai Hotel fell significantly short of expectations. We booked a suite, anticipating a luxurious retreat, but were immediately met with disappointment upon discovering hairs in the bathtub – a clear indication of inadequate cleaning. Location-wise, the hotel's distance from the city center was known to us, but the city's heavy traffic made travel extremely time-consuming. This is not the hotel's fault, but something future travelers should be aware of. Our suite itself felt dated and in need of renovation. The overall service was average at best, and we questioned the staff's commitment to genuine hospitality, particularly when addressing the cleanliness issue, which was met with a very non responsive reaction. To be fair, the hotel itself may have some good points, but they were vastly overshadowed by the negatives. If you're seeking a true 5-star experience, I would strongly advise looking elsewhere. This hotel, in its current state, does not live up to its advertised standards. I hope management will take these concerns seriously and implement necessary improvements."

The hotel is very comfortable and the room was quite large. It’s situated about 12-15 walk to the nearest station. If you rely on public transportation or want food close by, I’m not sure if I can 100% recommend. However, I believe it’s more of a business hotel so keep that in mind. I’d say the staff wasn’t that friendly but I have pretty low expectations when it comes to service overall.

Nice hotel I recommend it. Beautiful staff who always help you have one Girl Alex she is amazing speak very good English. Next trip also I will choose this hotel for sure

Enviroment is acceptable, bed is comfortable enough. Position is not that good. They asked me 300rmb deposit (even I paid one night already in advance) and asked 168rmb for breakfast (no fruit juice and coffee machine doesn't work properly). I don't think I will go there again.

Good hospitality by hotel & it was a nice stay

Nothing bad to write about, nor amazing Staff should know basic English to accommodate international travelers Laundry is too expensive so is the food It’s very far from the Canton Fair but they provide shuttle service @8:30

Nice hotel and good price with kindly staff

The hotel is well located, the room was super nice and very clean. Front desk staff super helpful and friendly.

Average hotel. Old carpet in the room. Not as i expected. Holiday in across the street is better

spacious and comfortable room with all the amenities. Very helpful and polite staff. Excellent service. Good internet connection too. The next metro station is in a certain distance though. Be prepared to walk for about 10 minutes. That can pose a challenge - depending on the weather.

Great Hotel if you want quiet and peaceful stay away from the city center.
