"Rummet var ganska rent. Vi kom dit lite tidigt och rummen var inte redo än, så vi checkade in först och fick vänta i över två timmar innan ett rum blev ledigt. Vi hade bokat två rum och ville gärna ha dem nära varandra. Receptionen ligger på Beijing Road, vilket är väldigt bekvämt. Precis utanför är gågatan, och det är verkligen livligt där. Rummet låg på 25:e våningen och var mycket tyst, ingen störande buller alls när man skulle sova, vilket var jättebra! Receptionens service var också bra. Man kunde förvara bagaget där, men receptionens lounge var väldigt begränsad, med bara fyra soffor. Toaletterna låg på 30:e våningen och man behövde ett kort från receptionen för att komma upp med hissen. Hotellets läge är fantastiskt, som Nanjing Road i Shanghai."

"Hotellets tvättmaskiner var mycket rena och hade även torktumlare. Första och andra våningen var totalt över 100 kvadratmeter, så det var gott om utrymme. Inte ens två familjer skulle känna sig trångbodda, det fanns mer än tillräckligt med plats. Hotellet ligger mycket nära Chimelong, bara en tunnelbanestation bort, vilket är väldigt bekvämt. Sängkläderna och golven var rena, och personalen i receptionen var också mycket bra."

"I was expecting more from the hotel as it was sad that its a quiet place 😂But it was not quiet at all , i could hear everything what my neighbours do and the room was not that clean ,towels were old and broken . But other than that the people who work there are very nice . They help me to transfer to my early plane next morning it was very fast and professional on time . Driver is good and as its sad in trip com it was for free. So i totally can go back but just i need ear plugs to sleep better 🌷"

"We had a wonderful 3 days, 2 nights family stay at One&One International Hotel Apartment. The Premier Room with View (2 Beds) was spacious, clean, and very comfortable—perfect for a family. The view from the room was a nice bonus and made the stay even more enjoyable.
The apartment was well‑equipped and thoughtfully laid out, giving us plenty of space to relax after a full day out. Everything was tidy and well maintained, and the overall environment felt cozy and family‑friendly. The location was also very convenient, making it easy to get around.
Overall, it was a pleasant and hassle‑free stay. We truly enjoyed our time here and would gladly recommend this hotel apartment to families looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay."

"The hotel is located in the same building as Mercure, sharing the lift lobby but with a separate reception. It is conveniently next to Teemall and directly opposite Beijing Liu. You will never go hungry in this area, as most food shops stay open until around 10 -10:30PM, with some even later.
Check-in was very smooth. My friend and I were traveling with her 4yr old daughter, and the hotel thoughtfully provided children’s toothbrushes and slippers.
The room is clean and spacious. As soon as you open the door, the sink is right beside it. The shower and toilet bowl are not separated, and the toilet has a sensor that is quite loud. It makes a noise as soon as you sit down and automatically flushes when you are done.
The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. I had many parcels, and they located them all just by using the tracking numbers, no hassle at all. I even used the hotel’s mobile number for online shopping on PDD and booking cars via 高德 apps, and the staff responded promptly every time on WeChat. When I had a small issue with a retail purchase, I asked for their help to call the store about a refund or exchange, and they gladly assisted without making me feel troublesome.
On checkout day, I considered booking a 6-seater car because of our luggage, but the hotel suggested a taxi with a large boot, which easily accommodated everything. The ride cost 200 yuan, including highway tolls, and the staff even helped weigh and carry our luggage to the car. We were truly grateful for their assistance.
I highly recommend staying here. Just keep in mind that bookings open only two months in advance."

"Jag var djupt imponerad av mitt boende på Xana Hotelle (Beijing Road). Servicen var utmärkt, personalen var varm, vänlig och artig. Incheckningen i receptionen gick snabbt och smidigt, och det var mycket rent. Faciliteterna var omfattande, och det fanns till och med en smart röstassistent. De omgivande gatorna var fulla av autentiska lokala restauranger, och du får absolut inte missa grötstället runt hörnet. Det mest minnesvärda var dock den hisnande stadutsikten. Mitt rum låg på 41:a våningen, och att vakna varje morgon till en så magnifik panoramautsikt över staden var oförglömligt. Jag älskar verkligen det här hotellet och kommer definitivt att bo här igen nästa gång."

"My family has arrived the resident around 1240hrs which is much earlier than official check in time. However the counter staff was attentive whom has surprisingly offered to us with instant FOC upgrade from 2 rooms to 3 rooms unit and allowing us to move into unit immediately. It is located at 29 highest floors end of corridor corner unit. The viewing angle has 2 sides of street view instead of normal single side. One side of it is able to see Pearl river.😍😍It also just few walking steps to restaurant for breakfast or afternoon tea and gym are situated on the same level 😘😘
The pros 👍👍:
1. Great interior design with cosy ambiance.
2. The building security access is enhanced for guests safety.
3. In-room clothes washer with dryer and detergent was provided.
4. Breakfast with ample choice and perfect coffee served.
5. Daily housekeeping.
6. The food delivery is using robot to transport from L1 to guest room.
The cons😩😩:
A. The kitchen is empty without any cooking wares.
B. In the late night some wired knocking noise from ceiling.
C. The water pressure is low.
D. The afternoon tea is served with very limited items.
E. The guests have to alight along the road side without any shelter if bad weather.
F. The Didi and Baidu app unable to locate J Resident which has to enter J Mansion (J 公館)
G. The wifi is very unstable and easy disconnected.
H. The double bed in each bedroom is only fitting for 2 small body sizes guests to sleep on it."

"Solo traveller and stayed in a double room. Clean and lots of space for 2 person. There were a few stores - convenience and restaurants (but didnt get the chance to explore), open when I arrived around 2 am. Free transportation to and from the hotel was quite helpful. Not a big issue but they did have old transportations but staff made up for the service needed- pick-up and drop-off were on time."
