The beach is patrolled by a lifeguard, pets are allowed. On the beach there is also a clubhouse. Here, there are sun loungers, sun umbrellas and beach towels available. This was my first trip to Cuba and I was a bit reluctant since everyone warned me about the "terrible food". Clearly these people have never been to the Gran Muthu Almirante Beach Resort!! The food selection was great and flavourful. I have travelled to various islands and on cruises and the food at this resort was equal or better than some of the places I visited. The staff was courteous and polite. My room was immaculate. This resort deserves the 5 star rating it has been given. I would recommend this hotel wholeheartedly. I will be returning in the near future for a much longer stay.

I have to say the hotel is excellent,very clean top of the line but the service not so great as soon as we got there we didn’t feel welcomed it was a hustle to check in and Oscar in the reception wasn’t very friendly. Some of the workers are amazing but others not so great is if like they don’t want to serve you, sometimes doesn’t feel like an all included, because food and drinks are rationed by the employees. It can be so much nicer if this little things can be taking care off overall it was a good experience the hotel is impeccable but some of the workers didn’t make my experience or my family the greatest!!!

Buen servicio, buena limpieza, la comida calidad standar, buen trato, excelente animación, amenidades ( piscina, playa, sala de juegos) todo bueno.
Solo señalar que en algunos turnos de trabajo extralimitan a los huéspedes en sus órdenes de snacks.... el hotel es todo incluido y no creemos justo que quieran limitarnos en qué y cuanto queremos comer, especialmente cuando estamos ordenando cantidades razonables para el momento.
Por lo demás todo bien.
Vinimos a celebrar mi cumpleaños en Paz y Armonía y se cumplió el objetivo..

C’est le plus bel endroit où nous avons sejourné à Cuba. La plage est magnifique et le personnel est très dévoué et aimable. L’hôtel est très propre et au goût du jour! Nous y retournerons certainement.

Mi pareja y yo hemos tenido una experiencia increíble.el lugar es maravilloso.las instalaciones son muy acogedoras que hasta dan deseos de quedarse aquí un mes entero.el trato del personal es de diez.desde que entramos al hotel nos trataron súper bien.la comida exquisita👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽.sin duda volveremos a visitar este hotel.😌

Top hotel, emplacement top..mais la nourriture ,pour 2 étoiles pas plus..en 5 jour on a pas vu les traces de poisson au menu...
