We travelled in a motorhome to Spain from England as we have family who live 10minutes down the road. As they live and work here we wanted somewhere for the kids to have fun when we weren’t with them. Reading the mixed reviews, I was unsure what to expect. But we were pleasantly surprised. This site is very clean. The wash blocks and the pool. Wow 10/10. The pool was amazing for the kids and in the afternoon it was so quiet as a lot of Spanish go in for their siesta. Plus they take their towels with them! No queuing for a sunbed ever. There’s always space. We didn’t do the entertainment or anything as it is all in Spanish. We were one of three British families in the whole place so it’s understandable they don’t really cater for us in that department. Security - I don’t think I’ve ever felt so safe. They take a walk round all they time ensuring everything is as it should be. At first I thought they were being over the top but then you realise it’s what makes the place run so well. Only thing that’s annoying is the gates close at 12am and we were late one night due to being at our families local fiesta but we could park up outside and walk in. There are kids everywhere on bikes, so just beware when driving to you pitch. We did rent a car as we didn’t want to be packing the camper up every five minutes. There’s supermarkets down the road and we did a few beaches. The best one was a 2min drive away at the marina. It was €1 to park all day and it was so so quiet. No bar there though so take snacks and drinks. Overall, a great stay and would come again.

Review intended for British families thinking of staying here. We rented a create comfort cabin for 2 weeks late July. Two adults - 16 and 17yo kids. First things: Overall the park caters more for small children vs teenagers. Theres not much to hold the attention of older kids like ours. Most families there have kids under 10. Campsite facilities are pretty basic but ok, the shop is reasonably well stocked and not expensive. The bakery items are nice. We didn’t use any of the camping loos etc so can’t comment on those. Pools: The pool area is lovely, split into a splash pool, a circular deeper pool and an even deeper pool in which you can usually do some fitness swimming as it’s less used. There’s also some fairly lame jacuzzis, usually inhabited by kids. There are a few small slides too. Plus the usual animation led aquarobics and pool games. There’s a nice vibe around the pools generally, upbeat in a relaxed way. There’s an indoor pool which wasn’t open while we were there but we wouldn’t have used it anyway. Pool opens at 1030 and you can usually get four sun beds up til about 11. It fills up til about 2 then again you can easily get sun beds til about 5 when it fills up again til closing time at 830pm. It’s never too busy. The pool bar isn’t always staffed and they frown upon you taking in your own food and drink, other than water. We snuck stuff in in our bag then filled up the reusable cups you get from the bar to avoid having to pay bar prices for beer and drinks. Easy enough! There are occasional foam parties and late night swimming which are fun, though again mainly occupied by smaller kids. Entertainment : Ok, 95% of people here are Spanish families and as a result all the entertainment is in Spanish. Don’t expect any concession to English. That goes for most staff in bars abs shops too. The animation team dance shows are surprisingly hilarious (both intentionally and unintentionally) with a lot of effort put in to both routines and costumes. A Star Wars themed scene in one was a highlight. The non animation team shows were mostly terrible (unless you are a 5 yo Spanish kid). Generally we thought the animation team were really good even if we didn’t make too much use of it. The site restaurant was ok and inexpensive. You can get takeaway chips and pizza too. Accommodation. This was the main bugbear. We stayed in a creta comfort cabin, in fact we had the one used in the website photo of this type of cabin. The cabin itself is fine, similar to other sites we’ve stayed at. What was disappointing was the area the cabin was in. Other cabin types are arranged in streets facing each other, not really landscaped but nice enough. The creta cabins face the wall of the pool area, across a main road through the site (see photo for our view). The website has guff about your own garden and connecting with nature, forget that: it’s a massive over promise. Compared to places like Cambrils and el Delfin verde which are beautiful, this was

A brilliant campsite which was perfect for our little break. Mum and 3 children who loved the pool area which was so clean and well kept. We didn’t venture out of the campsite as it was all we needed for a five day break. Pool entertainment was great to keep the children busy and evening entertainment was fun! Diolch

I'll start with the positives, malta plus room was very clean, beds were comfortable so accomodation itself fine. The pools (both indoor pool and outside pools) kept clean and tidy. The downsides the buffet was so tiny, barely any options available. I was told unless they are busy they won't put much out to avoid waste but we paid for half board (breakfast and dinner) and instead we had to pay to eat elsewhere for most evening meals. There was no evening entertainment as advertised on our travel providers website. Only one one evening there was some karaoke but apart from that there was nothing else. Our travel provider also stated there was hot tubs, there weren't any. Small a la carte menu is available in the bar area. Kids are allowed in the large indoor pool but not allowed in the warm spa pool. The shop on site is very small and had limited stock when we visted so again our provider misled us to believe there was a decent size shop on site. Unfortunately we will be seeking a partial refund from our provider due to misrepresentation as our stay wasn't as we expected. Extra tip - take mosquito repellent as it is right next to parkland and water, there are many mosquitos.

we travelled to alannia as a family of 5. 2 adults 3 kids 8 6 and 2. When we arrived we were shocked at the location. It was very run down outside. When we arrived at reception everyone had very little English so it was hard to communicate except Olga she had the most! Our cabin was lovely and clean and comfortable kids loved it. the only downside to the cabin was the cooking facilities no oven toaster or kettle. the shop did not have a great selection of food and there was a supermarket lidl and aldi close by but you couldn’t walk too dangerous and taxis are very hard to get. The pool itself was brilliant kids loved the slides but the slides were not open all day which i don’t understand why. pool bar didn’t have much and it was expensive and long wait times the food in the restaurant/buffet was not nice kids wouldn’t eat anything so we had to rent a car to go into guardamar and santa pola. We tried getting taxis the but we were waiting hours in guardamar for a taxi and we had to take 2 taxis as a family of 5. the evening entertainment is catered for the Spanish kids not English speaking kids so that was a let down. we went to rio safari we enjoyed that the pool was the highlight of the holiday but we won’t return as the campsite is very secluded nothing within walking distance.

Pools were amazing Rooms were good Noise levels were not great - families made noise up to 2am some nights The site is like a Spanish version of the UK Haven holiday site. 7/10 and the kids loved it but wouldn’t return
