The hotel is nice and the check in was fast and easy. I loved the old style and the elevator. The sleeping room needs a kettle or coffee machine.

Staff was nice. Breakfast coul perhaps d be improved as well as the facilities. A good experience overall. Acceptable value for money. Great airport shuttle service. Would stay there again.

Hotel is alright for a night stay. The outside of the hotel and the lobby are beautiful, the restaurant also is quite nice and the breakfast was definetly thr highlight of it. But the rooms are too worn out, furniture looking old, bedsheets with some stains, towels too thin, shower water was very little. Staff was nice, but checkin took a long time for no apparent reason.

Awesome place!! The breakfast is outrageous…. Extremely good!! Really close to GRU and the shuttle takes out always on time. Hope to comeback soon.

Very convenient with good amenities if you wish stay close-by airport.

I had to wait for 4 hours, they could not allow enter the room even 20 minutes before, it's impossible to not be able to help someone who is in transit awake since 2am, not even 20 min before? And also, the breakfast charged was more than double the price it says in here... I'm really disappointed with this service.

Close to the airport with shuttle service. However, you need to walk to international terminal as they only drop off at domestic terminal. Rooms can be cleaner.

Good location, everything was clean, shoot bus service good and amazing typical Brazilian breakfast!
