West Sonoma Inn & Spa

Recently stayed for 4 nights while in the area for a wedding. The front desk personnel were friendly, helpful, and very accommodating. We got suggestions on restaurants to try and directions how to walk there….very friendly. The rooms were clean and well decorated however they were lacking hooks, no bathroom hooks or door hooks so nowhere to hang anything except the closet which had minimal hangers. The pool was decent. The grounds were very unkempt however. No outside trash cans anywhere either which is odd. Parking was good, not a ton of spaces but easy to use. I would stay there again because it’s very conveniently located and staff was super friendly. The inside of the rooms were comfortable and clean.

Superb hotel, the room is modern, comfortable, clean, thoughtfully furnished with everything one could ask for. Superbly quiet, with lovely view over vineyards and redwood forest. Wonderfully convenient with ability to walk to all restaurants, yet quiet and peaceful. Wonderful service, as well!

I just had a fabulous full body massage from Jyoti Germain at the West Sonoma Inn & Spa at 14100 Brookside Ln in Guerneville. My first time ever getting a professional massage. It was absolutely heaven. The massage felt totally professional. I was comfortable at all times. Afterwards, all of the tension in my body had disappeared. I would highly recommend it. I have severe back, muscle and joint pain. She focused exactly where I requested in a lovely setting. Speaking of settings... the views from the spa is spectacular! Such a peaceful and zen environment. felt so refreshed and my body was rejuvenated after the massage. I will definitely be going back

Amazing views. Spacious comfortable newly remodeled room. Best quality bedding that I have experienced compared to other hotels. Lobby is gorgeous, plenty of parking, great service and walking distance to downtown yet very quiet nestled among redwood trees. Great place to relax and close to some fine wineries in the area. Defined will go again 😊💕

I should have believed the bad reviews. I booked and paid for 1 night through **********. One of the reasons I chose them was because they are dog friendly. I have a service dog. When I messaged to let him know about the service dog, he said that my request for a room couldn't be honored because it's a 2 night minimum. Another reviewer had the exact same experience regarding a service dog. ********** says I can't cancel, he says I have no confirmation number. Hours in chats with **********. This **** doesn't seem to understand that a booking isn't an inquiry, it's a booking. He's the one that advertised the rate as a 1-night on their website. Then he said in an email via the ********** platform that he cancelled it and then ********** says I can't cancel without a penalty. So looks like I'm paying for a night that the hotel won't let me stay for. It's like $350. I've already spend 3 hours on this and can't do anymore.

We’ve been going here for 10+ years. It’s in a perfect location near downtown Guerneville. The grounds are quite peaceful among redwoods and nearby vineyards and the rooms are clean and comfortable, many of them with beautiful vineyard views from the deck. Always a great experience, and Naveed offers wonderful service.

What a lovely place to stay. The service was great from start to finish. We were greeted at reception and given a nice room near the pool by Manager Naveed who was courteous and cooperative. The Inn is also a quick walk to all the shops & restaurants. It was a quick get away with my husband, and the Inn made it quite nice.

The level of service is unmatched, from check in to check out. We were greeted very well at reception and given a room of our need. Manager Naveed was very courteous and cooperative. A true Gentleman.The whole team takes care of you like family. Second home, without any second thoughts, I would choose to stay here any time I visit Guerneville.

As I travel a lot, the comfort of the beds and the pillows are very important for me, very comfy beds and pillows, very clean rooms. Rooms are large in size and amenities are good. Room service is fast, all the staff is very friendly and helpful. This is my 3rd time in West Sonoma Inn and each time I feel home. Special thanks to a few people who make it home for me Naveed, Windy, and also housekeeping staff. I would recommend everyone to come here. Thank you West Sonoma Inn.
