Lovely quirky hotel, with great multilingual staff, beautiful rooms with great shower facilities, table and chairs both I side and out an extra sofa bed, excellent continental breakfast, fabulous location with sea views and the most comfortable hammocks and bean bags around the swimming pool.

Everything is just perfect!!! We love it so much. It's surely one of the best hotel there with great price. It's super clean and new. Only few minutes walk to beautiful beaches, shops. Restaurant Pepe br playa Arena has the best Paella. . The staff are very friendly and helpful. Delicious breakfast. Beautiful Swimming pool. Very chill vibe. Only wish that we could stay a bit longer. Definitely wanna to come back again and will happily recommend this hotel to everyone. Ps. It's cheaper to book directly on their hotel website.

Beautiful hotel with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was spacious and the orthopedic pillow made sleep perfect. Great location near Arena Beach, and the heated pool is a big plus. High-quality service, stylish design, and very friendly staff. Loved the DJ nights, cocktail workshops, and wine tastings. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely return!

Staff are lovely, helpful and friendly. Beds and pillows really comfortable. Breakfast lots of choice. Meal at night changes every night over the week is ok but we also liked the 2 restaurants beside the beach. We had a great apartment overlooking the pool and sea - the best view. We will definitely come back.

Amazing experience. Arrived, our balcony was in shade (we are balcony people) hubby asked if we could get room swap, fully booked, then "oh we've got this one" absolutely perfect, already looking to book for this year, so friendly and accomodating

I have just spent a lovely week in this hotel. Conveniently located close to bars, restaurants and beaches. You are also on excellent bus routes. The hotel was clean and bright. With a real chilled vibe. I found all staff very helpful and friendly in all aspects of hospitality The pool area was nice. No issues with beds. The dining area is next to the pool. Which provides an excellent continental breakfast. They also cater for lunch and dinner. The cocktail hour proved popular, Monday to Friday 4-6pm. Wilbur was particularly helpful with his organising of trips. We ventured on 2 experiences. Both ran smoothly and were thoroughly enjoyable. I can heartily recommend the trip to Gomera and a helicopter flight. The only criticism, is that they need to move the beverage area to an alternative place at breakfast. There was always a bottle neck.
