Al Karob Yoga Boutique Hotel

The Al Karob is an oasis of calm and relaxation hidden away between Albufeira and Guia. I had a fantastic stay here from the very warm welcome by Silvia and Salvi to the delicious homemade breakfasts and dinners (Silvia and her husband grow a lot of the produce themselves) to the superb yoga classes. It could not have been better. You can see the love and attention to detail that Silvia and her husband have put into the Al Karob. It is so welcoming and cosy, all the bedrooms, dining area and yoga room, are beautifully decorated. Silvia goes out of her way to make sure you have everything you need and to help you with anything extra that you would like to do. In my case, it was an aerial yoga class with Rita which was fantastic! I cannot recommend the Al Karob highly enough. It truly is a luxury hotel which makes you feel at home right away with kind, friendly staff, delicious food, great yoga, a beautiful pool and gardens. I definitely plan on going back!

Best place ever if you are looking for a relaxed vacation. The owner and staff are really friendly, the breakfast is delicious. Amazing view and beatifull nature. I dont have any complaints about this place and i would highly recommend it to everyone.

What a wonderful find ! The accommodation, staff and location were absolutely perfect for me. Nothing was too much trouble and the sense of family and polite inclusion was heartfelt and very special. Everything was spotless and so well considered. The classes and massages were very well received ,and delivered with the highest consideration and know how. So much so, I miss them, and feel truly blessed to have experienced such sincerity and professionalism. Silvia and her staff were truly lovely. The breakfast was a total joy and to experience the optimum in fresh produce presented so thoughtfully was a delight in itself. Do try the soups too, quite simply from garden to plate and so warming. Silvia prides herself on making things to order and the whole experience felt like a sincere and meaningful hug. I wish them well because they fully deserve the opportunity to share their love ! Highly recommended !

Silvia was amazing! Made me feel so welcome, the food was so beautiful and the hotel was absolutely stunning. Would highly recommend staying here. The atmosphere was so nice and relaxing - felt completely relaxed within minutes of arriving.

This place was amazing. Super clean and so lovely inside. Very relaxing atmosphere and the staff are so helpful. They really made my stay extra special and couldn't do enough for the guests. The yoga classes were well organised and enjoyable. Breakfast was fresh.

Our stay went beyond our wildest expectations! Al Karob is much more than a hotel and will remain in our hearts! The kindness of Silvia and her staff were truly unique! The breakfast by the pool, relaxing music playing, desk chairs waiting for us... What more could we ask for? Absolutely recommended for those who want to relax!
