Hanzha Yaju Hotel

The hosts were amazing! So polite and helped us with everything we needed they even gave us a cake they have on their celebrations for us to try! The rooms were comfortable and very clean! Would 100% recommend if staying in Guilin

Although we only spent one night in Guilin, staying at this hotel was a very good choice! It’s location is great, the staff is very friendly and helpful and the room we chose met our expectations in full! We wish you good luck and will come back!

Excellent services and went extra miles to help. The room we stayed had a broken bath door and broken toilet seat.

Good hotel, great location, but don't book tours through them - they give incorrect information and book with sub-par tours.

I was most impressed with the tourist-friendly services that were provided on the first day of my arrival. That helped me plan my day-tours much more efficiently in the coming days, such that I completed the visit of the destinations in a shorter time. The owner went so far as to show me how to cancel and get the refund for the remaining unused days. One of the workers went above-and-beyond to help me set up my Wechat (real name certification etc) so that I could pay/receive money !  I almost gave up the convenience until the given by this hotel.  The hotel room and all the amenities of the hotel were very clean. No smoke smell at all. The room was well supplied.   The location was so close to the West Street. Only a few minutes walking distance. For the 5-star services at a  I recommend this hotel to any one, am really happy with my stay there, for a very fair hotel price.
