I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough! Our recent family stay was absolutely perfect from start to finish. If you're looking for a relaxing and comfortable environment with top-tier service, look no further.
From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Their attention to detail and genuine care made us feel so special. We were absolutely thrilled when they offered us a complimentary upgrade! Waking up to a stunning, direct view of the beautiful scenery from our room was a highlight we will never forget. It was so peaceful to just sit by our window and take it all in.
The activities for families are exceptional. My daughter had the time of her life! She still can't stop talking about her free photo shoot, the fun she had fishing, and the creative hand-craft experience. These unique touches made her feel so special and created memories that will last a lifetime.
Another incredible surprise was the super affordable spa service. It’s rare to find a hotel spa that is both high-quality and reasonably priced, and it was the perfect way to unwind after a day of fun.
We left feeling completely refreshed and super thankful for everything. This hotel truly goes above and beyond to make your stay memorable. We are already planning our next trip and will definitely be returning with the whole family

The location is amazing. The staff at the hotel is so helpful that they kept checking every now and then whether we were comfortable. We didn’t use many amenities due to limited time but the hotel has many things. Also the view from the reception lobby is to to die for. Rooms are spacious. Only drawback for me was the gym was not functional.

The Li River Courtyard Hotel offered a truly unforgettable stay in Guilin. The location was perfect—just steps away from Elephant Trunk Hill and within easy reach of the Two Rivers & Four Lakes area, giving us stunning scenery right outside our window.
Our room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. We especially loved the activities they arranged—photo shooting sessions with breathtaking river views and a lovely handcraft workshop that gave a personal touch to our visit.
The afternoon tea was another highlight, enjoyed in a peaceful courtyard atmosphere surrounded by nature. On our last morning, we watched the sunrise over the Li River, a magical moment that made our trip even more memorable.
Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for charm, comfort, and genuine Guilin hospitality.

The staff was very accommodating and they even let you fish by the river. The location is wonderful, especially the river view room. I would absolutely recommend staying here. :)

An incredible experience staying in this hotel! Cool artistic design but very warm-feeling service of the wonderful staff. The river view looking out from the hotel is so picturesque and scenic that one should spend some time seeping coffee in the cafe or pouring hot tea in the room. The 24-hour wechat with the concierge is extremely helpful. Don't forget to try out the added services like free photographic session with ethnic costumes and their free laundry services. Dining at their restaurant is highly recommended (i just had the most delicious spare ribs with garlic and black beans in my life!). Full marks (and this is not an advertisement!)

Really enjoyed the hotel and the view with a decent breakfast too! There was some smoke smell in my room initially but they were able to clear that up a bit. They even offered to move me to a different room but I opted to stay as I already unpacked and it was too much trouble. The staff was super friendly and helpful, there’s also wechat service which is super easy to contact them if you need anything, very speedy responses too, and reminders about breakfast hours and coordinating room cleaning. For someone who hate calling the front desk, this is a lifesaver, I wish all hotels have this!

The hotel is very clean and beautiful. And the rooms are very spacious with an amazing view. The staff was always so friendly and helpful. They washed our clothes for us every day for free. Also the breakfast terrace has a beautiful view and a big food variety. We will definitely come back.
