The bed was very comfortable and the view was gorgeous. Breakfast was stellar and definitely worth eating every day. I will say the staff was a little overbearing when you come in every day. It got to be a bit much when I was just trying to get to my room and they kept asking me questions. Like are you checking in today? Would you like a spa? And I would have to say no it’s my second day here. Really don’t need that much attention every time I come in.  Also please don’t ask for five star reviews upon check out. It’s really a turn off and makes me second-guess the whole reviewing process when the hotel is asking you to give them five stars when a proper assessment is always beneficial to both the hotel and guests. 

This is my most value for money stay for a long time. I was given a free upgrade and the staff were really pleasant and helpful. The room was extremely spacious and heater warmed up the room well despite the single digit temperature. Had a morning breakfast buffet for 38rmb which is quite value for money for the choice of selection. Would totally recommend this to anyone. Also book a day trip to Longji Rice Terrace from their service desk for 200rmb which was also one of the cheapest I can find.

On our long trip through China, this was the best hotel. Excellent in everything: service, english speaker,  cleanliness, view from the roof terrace. All expectations exceeded!

Nice hotel, very spacious, plenty of amenities, high pressure water in the large shower. Loved the laundry, got all clothing washed and dried for free. Used the gym for excercise. Hotel has a handy robot that cleans and makes deliveries. Helpful staff 思思，高高，小王 and 小息 were on stand by all time, helped answer all all questions and make bookings. Children loved the toys and Paw patrol bed covers. Would stay again.

This is certainly one of the best hotels you can book in Guilin !! We loved our stay here so much that we can't wait to come back and stay again for our next trip to China. Here are the highlights of our stay: 1) The hotel staff were all very friendly, especially the receptionist who checked us in when we arrived late at night. 2) The hotel building and our room are very clean and modern, with well maintained facilities and utilities 3) The view is simply amazing. Especially from our 270 Degrees View Suite on the 12th floor. 4) The spacious gym and pool (which is only for children) are also a nice addition 5) There is also a very useful washing machine and dryer 7) The rooftop area has some of the best views in Guilin 8) The location is fantastic and right what we needed, with quick access to local shopping centres and to parks/temples The things we recommend for improving: 1) There is not a lot of privacy from the toilet area which can be uncomfortable 2) The bed mattress is a bit more firm than what we prefer 3) The complimentary water provided by the hotel doesn't taste very nice (but this is a very minor inconvenience) Overall we can 100% recommend staying here and paying a little extra to book one of their amazing suites!

Need to Get a taxi or about 1 hour walk from centre , there’s park nearby to visit , not much more nearby , a few nice bakeries . The hotel itself is nice and modern , has a nice rooftop bar if open .
