The hotel is conveniently located. The two main attractions within the Guilin city (Elephant Trunk Hill & Sun Moon Pagoda) are within a short walking distance. Many restaurants nearby.
The hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful. They tried their best to exceed our expectations. Hotel breakfast buffet was adequate. A staff named Ms Yu spoke English and was extremely helpful.
The swimming pool isn’t as big as it shows in the photos. It posted some strict rules at entrance of the pool such as must wear swimming costumes and swimming cap. We couldn’t try swimming because we didn’t bring the swimming cap with us.
We got a very spacious room with a view towards the river side.
Overall, it was nice stay for us.

Great hotel easy to get to from Guilin West Railway Station (bus 22) or Guilin North Railway Station (bus 100).
Location is ideal for sightseeing with Elephant Hill 10mins walk away.
If you have children, there is a play area on the 9th floor, and some rooms are themed, especially for kids!

That is locate in central where the view and room is very big and amenties all good. I was met Ms Ola that is very kind and supportive one good point she can speak English very good. Overall 10/10 i will back for next times.

LiClouds was the perfect base for our family vacation to Guilin — our suite was spacious, spotless, and fully equipped with modern amenities. The warm, attentive staff went above and beyond, arranging a private English-speaking tour guide and helping us secure tickets with ease. With an extensive and delicious breakfast each morning and truly personalized service throughout, we highly recommend LiClouds and can’t wait to return.

We have a pleasant stay at this hotel. They provide good accommodation for kids with ball pit, pool and activities. They also have a travel counter and convenient to book. Definitely recommended.

This is an amazing hotel suitable for a family, the employees and environment is excellent.
The front desk lady Miss Yu is an amazing person, helpful and pleasant, we asked her to introduce us good restaurants and she literally took us to the restaurant!!!
The restaurant she introduced they were speaking English and the try to assist us with all dishes asking for possible allergies!!!!
We were amazed for the service of hotel and restaurants.
The rooms were clean and nice, breakfast was one of the best we had in the area combining Chinese and some western dishes.
The 2 pools on 6th floor are nice and kids friendly.
Overall it is a recommended hotel based on my experience, I have to say I am really tough with my reviews..

We have had an excellent stay at this beautiful hotel with wonderful staff who were very helpful and offered us assistance with anything we could ever need.
We mentioned the service first because it was so excellent, but the rooms were exceptional as well in design, comfort, and cleanliness. We warmly recommend this hotel.

We got an upgrade for free. The hotel is in perfect location with a short walk by foot to the elephant trunk hill. The room was clean. The service is excellent: 10 out of 10!

We are very satisfied with this hotel, I would say this is the best hotel that we ever stayed. The hotel room is clean and super comfortable. Staffs are friendly, polite and helpful. Location is good.Furthermore, the price is very reasonable with such a big room for a family of four, Will definitely book again if I come Guilin again.
