We are very satisfied with this hotel, I would say this is the best hotel that we ever stayed. The hotel room is clean and super comfortable. Staffs are friendly, polite and helpful. Location is good.Furthermore, the price is very reasonable with such a big room for a family of four, Will definitely book again if I come Guilin again.

Very good location and reception also very friendly. Gotten a free upgrade of the room and able to enjoy family room which have bigger room and double queen bed. There’s also a child playground available for all the families to use, highly recommend for family with children.

Everything was great! We come for check in earlier for several hours. So hotel asked if we okay to upgrade our room for free and check in earlier. Breakfast was wonderful. Thanks a lot!

Hotel is very clean and new. Service is excellent. When I informed that we have a tour bus to catch very early in the morning, and we will miss the breakfast. They offered us to pack some good to go.

I would highly recommend this hotel. The service is great and the staff at the front desk Ms. Xiao Liang was very helpful. The breakfast is great. The view to the river is wonderful.

We love that the hotel looks new and clean. It's worth it for the price we paid, as compared to other hotels that we stayed in. The hotel staff are very helpful and warm. They were also able to provide a baby cot which was very necessary for us. We loved the children's play area and the beautiful swimming pool view at level 9!
