Borrman Hotel (Guilin North Railway Station Hengda Plaza) recensioner

Location is perfect once you travel from neighbouring railway station. I was really nit satisfied with cleanliness when comparing to other hotels of this class. When visited laundry, I decided not to use it. I believe this can be upgraded.

Was looking for a non-smoking room ( hotel) near the high-speed train station. This was the only hotel with non smaking rooms. However, the corridor has a strong sigaret smell. Even in the room, you can smell it. The Wifi was very bad. The room was not clean. There was hair (not from the head) on the toilet. And still rubbish in corners. We had free breakfast. The frontdesk didnot mentioned at all during check-in. Finally we got our breakfast but there was just no space to sit. We need to leave for our train and take a way was not possible....

Really nice place, located at the 28th floor, I enjoyed the stay and the view, the aunties that where cleaning the rooms where so nice and kind (literally the only people who where welcoming and greeting you). I used the laundry a lot, you can also dry the clothes. I recommend the place! I only have some pic of the view

It is located only a few minutes walk from the train station. Check-in is fast and easy. The hotel in located at the top of an apartment building. There is a strong cigarette smoke lingering in the hotel corridor. Otherwise, the room is basic and comfortable. Good enough for a basic one night’s stay.

If the purpose of your stay is to be as close as possible to Guilin North Station then this hotel is a good option. It’s clean and spacious enough. A minus is that we’ve deliberately booked a non smoking room, but still could smell the smoke of others in our room. Another thing is that when we came back to our hotel after dinner there was a card stuck in the door with information on how to order an escort which we found kind of inappropriate.

It’s a very good place to stay. Location is great. Room is very clean. However you need to remember one thing that NOT to book any tourist trips through their travel agency located inside the front desk office. I booked our two trips there for my family based on the recommendations from their front desk, and later found out we got overcharged 500 RMB for our trips. Remember NOT to use them!

The hotel is very close yo the railway station . And it is on the top floor. It was clean but the hotel is a bit tired . It needs renovation

This is an ideal hotel for someone that would just like to do a stop over before onto his/her next hotel for the holiday.It is well placed across the Guilin North Railway station and very convenient if you need to take the train the next morning. Place and bathroom was clean.Immediate response was given if the front desk was contacted. The breakfast was average. I would recommend this hotel to anyone if they would like to have one-night stay over.My impression was that the hotel is more geared for business travel and not a family like hotel if you have kids and would like to stay there for a week or so.

小姐姐給開的房間很高可以看見車站的，車站走路幾分鐘就到了很方便哦，房間大，酒店旁邊就有米粉吃

預訂好酒店，付過款的，前台説給升級房間，上電梯電梯卡用不了，前台來了後不拿我的卡打電梯，拿着通用卡給按了電梯，把原本的卡又遞迴給我，我讓她重新拿我的卡打，她發現打不了，才把通用卡給了我，上樓在正對着通道的最盡頭找到了房間，開門就面對廁所，迎面一股尿騷味，右邊房間牆角一眼看到發黴，然後進去看到空調正對着床吹，普通牆掛空調，一下就不想住了，找前台換回我定的房型，不需要給我升級，這時候就支支吾吾了，説沒有了，肯定就是把我訂的房間給別人了，剩這間所謂升級的太差沒人要，然後最後説帶我去看雙床房，第一間就打不開門，開得門鎖感覺都要晃掉了，然後又換了一間，打了好幾次，終於開了，打開門一言難盡，好在沒異味，前台説能接受的話，讓我去攜程退款，線下重新付款給我個優惠價，結果微信跟我説便宜12元，直接不想搭理，12元留給你吃米線吧，剛好高鐵站出來的那家秀姐，一碗鹵菜粉12元，房間床單，枕頭套，被套，全是破舊的，上面還是其它酒店名字，浴室玻璃門不見了，熱水器是出租屋那種小的儲水電熱水器，女生洗頭洗澡都不怎麼夠用，通着電用也危險，牆也是也種發黴，煮水壺各種臟，重點來了，第二天開不了門，出不去了，後面服務員上來了，裡外各種打卡，各種搖把手，後來總算開了，後面幾天，全部避坑柏曼酒店
