We had some trouble with Alipay on our check in and the staff was very impatient about the payment. The room was pretty big but felt empty.

AMAZING STAY! We loved the pool and the SPA - the technicians were super efficient. Amazing value for money. Varied breakfast even though “western” options are limited (there is always eggs and bread).

3 nights in this hotel was very enjoyable, the hotel is located on the edge of the highway, many delicious restaurants around it. This is the best hotel we have stayed in during this trip. The room is very clean and there is no unpleasant odor. All hotel staff are very friendly and pleasant. The breakfast menu is very diverse and suits our taste. If in the future there is an opportunity to visit Guilin again, we will definitely stay here again. For families with small children, this hotel is the right choice because it is child-friendly.

This hotel exceeded our expectations. They were very sincere. Check in was easy. Each staff member that we met was genuinely kind on every single day. I also did not expect the laundry service to do so well. This was a lifesaver for me. There was a daily text message for the weather and breakfast reminder which was very thoughtful. The breakfast was great and provided a variety that each member of the family could enjoy. The pool was shallow, but a great refresher for the children. At first they did not like the bugs, inside but it could not be helped. I could see they monitored the chlorine levels. The view from the pool deck has an amazing view of the mountains. During rainy days, we enjoyed a couple of movie nights using the projector. Check out was a breeze and my kids loved the gift they received. Overall, all members were very happy with our first Guilin Hotel experience here.

Absolutely lovely stay at SYYF! The service was excellent, they even had a chat service that provided details about the weather each day. The room was high tech and beautiful. The kids loved staying in this hotel. Breakfast food was not bad, service staff polite and helpful. There is even free laundry amenities. They constantly seek feedback to check in. Definitely recommend!

The friendly staff and modern facilities make for a lovely stay. I love the cave room and luxurious bathtub, the modern bathroom with bidet is a nice touch. Amy and the team take care of all of my needs and I look forward to visiting again to relax!and the room is very nice,I like it!

Wonderful mountain view. You can see the peaks from the balcony! Room was very clean and and air conditioning was very responsive. Location was perfect - walking distance to the Sun & Moon pagodas and the elephant trunk hill. If you're into walking, you can even walk from the East West Alley. Really great & friendly service as well - everybody was always smiling and they even gave us a little gift bag on the way out. Very accommodating with a late check-out too.

We loved this hotel! The service is excellent, the staff team is trying to make your stay comfortable. You won’t miss anything here. They even have a area where the kids can play and feed with rabbits. The room in which we stayed is spacious, clean and nice decorated. The breakfast is good, there are many choices. Hotel is at walking distance from the elephant hill trunk and two rivers and four lakes. Reed flute cave is approx. 15 min drive from hotel. Will come back here again!

Great location, looks small from the outside but inside was amazing. Staff were very attentive and kind to the kids. Kids loved the room and breakfast was good. Lots of fun activities for the kids in the hotel too, and lots of restaurants around. We also liked how the staff responded 24 hrsl, will definitely come back

Great service at the reception. Breakfast spread has variety. Room is clean and spacious. Has a round tub and comes with a pack of chinese herbs. Smart toilet bowl and room. Bed is on the softer side.
