SENSE TIME HOTEL recensioner

This hotel is amazing ! The room was incredible and the staff was great ! They helped me with my train ticket booking. One of the receptionist even called a taxi for me. They were amazing. The breakfast was nice too. The hotel is only 6-7min from the train station, very convenient for early morning trains.

This hotel is very close to Guilinbei railroad station, about 5 minutes walking distance.A lots of shops and restaurantsnearby. A very convenient location, if you want to do a one day excursion to Lijiang, this hotel is very close to the tour bus pickup point.

The hotel is within walking distance to Guilin north station. The add-on breakfast is value for money. The staff are friendly and helpful. We’d like to give special thanks to the receptionist 小苏 who help us to connect to our next destination’s hotel as we do not have a China registered number.

Hotel staff is very friendly. Room is clean especially the toilet.I request for a room facing inner away from Traffic noise. Good Location. Walking distance to 北站High Speed Train as I need to catch morning train to Shenzhen. Many eateries shops. Bus stop is in front of the hotel. The mattress is too hard . Not suitable for me.

Very convenient location for travellers transiting between Guilin North HSR Station and Guilin North Long Distance Bus Station.

The room was very comfortable and spacious. The people don’t speak English but managed to exchange with us well with a translating app so it worked out well.

Very big, comfortable and practical room. Free clothes washing and drying is available (self service), with detergent supplied - really excellent and essential if travelling around. Good and varied buffet breakfast. The manager and staff were ultra-helpful (though little English spoken they use translation software to communicate). On reception Xiao Liu and Shen Caini were very helpful. Location not fantastic but very convenient indeed if using the Guiln North railway station. A great an easy trip is the take the 306 bus from outside the hotel at the bus stop on the right and go to the Daxu ancient town (all bus journies are 2 Yuan). The hotel itself is excellent and extremely good value for money.

Biggest rooms we had in china. Nice rooms with a great view. Nice bathrooms. Bathroom ventilation wasn’t working. Service was great, very helpful staff. Breakfast is good but no western breakfast.

Staff are unprofessional. Room advertise a "window" but neglect to say it looks on the inner court - therefore could just as well be absent. Keycard didn't work second day, had to go downstairs to have it reconfirmed. Don't book this place.
