Everything ok. The air conditioning should be more quiet.

It was good experience

The hotel has complete facilities, elegant and comfortable environment, large rooms, good service attitude, but the parking space is a public parking lot with limited parking spaces.

the worst service of all time, through the Trip service we booked a room for 2 adults and a child of 6 years old, the room was a double twin. we arrived at the hotel on 19.07.2024 at 22.45 and at the check in the administrator refused to check us in as a room for two adults... I offered to pay for a baby bed additionally, to which the administrator said that this is not allowed for this room, then I offered to just pay extra and that we stayed in a double room, but this is not allowed either. The only thing the administrator offered (after consulting with the manager) was to pay for another room and have us live separately... After two hours of talking with Trip.com, the hotel sent us to a room with one bed and for a surcharge of 25 euros for a child (with a full room price of 53 euros), the reservation service returned part of the money, but we got to the hotel only at 01:45 and this with a 6-year-old child...

Perfecta atención. Recepción 24h. Ubicado un poco a las afueras de Guimaraes pero puedes llegar andando al centro histórico. Parking gratuito en el lado opuesto a la entrada.habitación enorme. Todas las comodidades. Solo falta un poco de insonorización porque en el primer piso se escuchan los coches. Por lo demás , todo correcto.

Atendimento, quarto, amenities como café no quarto, horários. Tudo excelente. Recomendo vivamente!!!

Boa relação qualidade preço. Bom para quem pretende conhecer a cidade e permanecer apenas no hotel para dormir. Prático e eficaz.

Hotel moderno en una avenida cercana a la zona histórica de la ciudad, fácil de encontrar. Recepción en primera planta del edificio. Habitación individual equipada con mini nevera, mesa y silla, hervidor de agua y varios sobre de te, café... Limpio, suelo de moqueta y baño con bañera y bidé. Cafeterías y lugares para comprar en los alrededores. Hotel recomendable por precio y ubicación.
