We are a family of 4 from Singapore with 2 children and we are satisfied with the service provided. Staff are friendly. We were served with warm honey drinks upon arrival. We got free upgrade to a better room too. In fact, we came back to this hotel again within a week after travelling to other places in Guizhou. At night, we get a enjoy free porridge. Location is accessible to main streets in Guiyang. Overall we are very satisfied with our stays here. Recommended!

Very close to the Penshuishi metro line,just a few minutes walk ,round the corner and thus convenient.Breakfast was a good spread with noodles,porridge and some western like sausages, eggs and waffles.Fruits also a good spread.The late supper porridge was quite delightful and a plus. Opposite the hotel is an authentic restaurant selling local guiyang dishes.Staff were young ,friendly and you need a translator app if you don't speak mandarin.

We met an exceptional lady, 郎月白at the reception who went the extra mile to help us buy tickets for the performance. She helped us to buy the tickets and even offered to bring us to the venue on her off day. We spent a lovely afternoon with her and got to know more about Guizhou and her during our interaction. She even gave us a lift to the airport. I’m glad we experienced Guiyang people’s hospitality and made a friend there. Thank you 月白 for everything and we hope to see u in Singapore soon!

Good location, near subway, very clean, free all mineral water as you need, but room light not enough, water pressure also very good and can wash dan dry your shirt with laundry machine

Front counter staffs very helpful. Breakfast was simple but good mix with local dishes with few pastry , of course coffees are available. Location is reasonably good can access with taxi n Didi. The old is no dressing table n luggage stand.

Located near the metro station and near a large boulevard intersection. Lots of underpass, not recommended for those who hate stairs. Take a cab if walking isn’t for you.
