Holiday Inn Express Guiyang Century City Mall recensioner

Breakfast was good. There was good variety, in a bright and clean environment. The staff are super helpful with our enquiries regarding various matters. The metro is about 5 min walk away, not too difficult with pulling luggage. Also a bus stop right outside the hotel if you like to go around town by bus. There is washing machine and dryer for our use. The staff & manager were very helpful with our questions as well as me trying to contact Air China to change my return flight. We are very happy with the hotel & would definitely stay there again if we visit Guiyang in the future.

This is one of the good Holiday Inn express that I had experienced staying in. Reception was warm and very welcoming especially with one particular officer that I need to mentioned that made my stay there even more pleasant. 曾杰 is always smiling and going about greeting guests and tending to their needs. I’ll give a 5 Star rating for his great service. Location of hotel is quiet, not far from local street foods (walking distance) with a bus stop at front of hotel and also the hotel provides route slips at guest disposal. I’ll come back again for sure!

Room is spacious and clean, pretty new feeling! There is subway station nearby too. Checkin was a breeze and they called in advance to check out arrival timing, staff is friendly and smiling always.

I would say this particular Holiday Inn Express services had exceeded beyond my expectation. Whatever request you may have, the staff will go beyond their incredible ability to ensure your needs and requests are taken care of. Over and over again and Consistently. I attribute this to the Great tutelage under their impressive General Manager. I will highlight a few names to whom I am grateful for their outstanding assistance. Xiao Wang, Xiao Tian, Kevin, Jason, housekeeping, etc. I hope Holiday Inn Express will take notice of their names for recognition. Thank you and see you soon.

The hotel is conveniently located right next to the Subway station at Jingyang Avenue, Exit D. Therefore, there was literally no problem finding the hotel or likewise using the metro to travel around the city easily and affordably. Check-in was seamless and straight forward and the staff were very helpful. Little things like sending food deliveries to rooms, helping us with free laundry service and giving us umbrellas when we went out in the snow. The hotel was almost empty when we stayed, as it was Chinese new year and nothing was open nearby. Not a big issue though. Breakfast was limited, although they got the coffee machine working for us and made toast and fried eggs. Breakfast is very basic! Noodles are also available and there's tv in the dining room. Rooms were clean and well-appointed and the heating worked very well. All in all, a nice hotel and good value for money for the two nights we stayed there. Would recommend!

酒店位置好找，早餐也品種多樣，週末可以吃到10.點30分，停車是地面，可免費。但是挨着酒店這一側停，要不然綠化澆水全磁到車上。 服務方面，就是培訓管理非常流水線的那種。退房的時候只有一個小男孩在，退房都不看客人，機械的對着屏幕，你把卡放那就好了。 怎麼説呢，説邊界趕太強好呢？還是目中無人好呢。 絲毫感覺不到服務的温度。

酒店位置較偏僻，周邊是賣汽車的商店，還有幾個在建工程，環境雜亂。但距離地鐵2號線的百花大道站僅300多米，到市區中心還比較方便。內部標準的智選假日酒店設施，簡單實用。服務標準化。早餐尚可。

客房電梯僅有兩台，樓層少，所以不用等太久。進入房間，就聞到一股大陸快捷酒店常出現的味道，可能是黴味或清潔用品的温度味道，打開對外窗和調高空調風速才改善。房間裝潢是HIX 2.0風格，特別的是有個小陽台隔間，洗手**立設定，衞浴間空間較大。全房型附帶的全日餐廳早餐在2樓“智空間”，平日時間0630-1000，假日0630-1030。用餐環境明亮舒適，風格是標準HIX，菜色在HIX水準算是很高的。位於新城區和舊城區交接處，步行到地鐵距離近，離市區景點較遠。附近餐廳小吃店少，生活機能不佳。

洲際品牌，服務確實不錯，辦理入住前台小杜小熊熱情禮貌，不僅給長者升級了更寬敞的房間，而且送了酒店提供的水果和牛奶，房間裏還有宜家躺椅，感覺住家一樣，停車出行智能，周邊世紀金源購物很方便，酒店飯菜也做得不錯，入住體驗非常好

洲際是值得信賴的品牌！酒店位於高速下來幾公里，停車位充足，對自駕遊友好。雖然不在市中心，但附近就是地鐵2號線，可直接到噴水池、甲秀樓以及小吃街。推薦👍

酒店交通便利，門口就是地鐵，大堂的充能手帳對於外來遊客非常有幫助，前台的小哥哥小姐姐們超級熱情，下次來貴陽旅遊還住他們家！

性價比算高的星級酒店，服務挺好的，停車也方便，雖然離市區有點遠，但打車還是地鐵都很方便……本來自駕開車去市區都麻煩，打車又便宜方便，就是早餐就一般般啦……但能吃飽囖

房間環境好，前台的小哥哥服務很好，交通方便

酒店不在繁華旅遊中心，但非常乾淨整潔，智選的標準還是非常信任的。早餐廳雖然不大，但品種豐富，非常精緻，味道也非常好，讓人非常有食慾！貴州之行貴陽酒店旅遊旺季，所以酒店價格都偏貴兒。
